Yes of course we do all the clean up as well. Our patio overlooking the golf course is set for your guests during cocktail hour, a wonderful space to socialize while enjoying a light snack. You are provided with a menu consultation and tasting for 2 with our head chef & event planner. We provide our beautiful grounds and golf course for picturesque views for your memorable photos. Our event coordinator guides your wedding day time line so your day is worry free. Our team has created a variety of packages that will suit your needs and budgets. 19 Special Incentives JUST FOR YOU Choosing a venue can be a difficult decision and we certainly appreciate the opportunity to show you our space. We have some added incentives to make your day that much more stress free and elevated: A complimentary wedding planner/coordinator to assist you in booking vendors, finalizing details, piecing together your schedule, organizing your rehearsal and ceremony, and providing money-saving tips and tricks to assist you in staying on budget. Complimentary golf and cart for bridal party with discounted fees for additional guests. Complimentary menu tasting for two. Complimentary champagne and snacks for the wedding party during on-course pictures, along with access to our bridal suite to get ready in or to relax in between photos and dinner. We also have a variety of free-of-charge décor for the bride on a budget, as well as an in-house decorator who can assist in creating your dream look at extremely competitive rates. ADDITIONAL EVENTS Let Caradoc sands take care of ALL the headaches for your wedding process. We offer our space at no charge for your wedding shower, engagement party & rehearsal party. We also host Sunday brunch buffet that is a local favourite. You and your family is more than welcome to attend (via reservation,) where our staff will set an area up especially for you, and bring your gifts out from safe keeping for you to open. Then leave us the garbage to take care of! General Information A non-refundable $1000 deposit and signed rental agreement are required to book our facility. We have a flexible payment structure that is outlined in the rental agreement. Clients are welcome to decorate our hall, however it is at the discretion of our event planner. A guaranteed number of guests must be submitted 14 days prior. Our max capacity in the banquet hall is 230 between the months of May and October, and 180 during any other month. The max capacity in The Cottage is 100, and is only available between the months of May and October. We have white, ivory and black house linens and matching complimentary chair covers. All other colours can be brought in at a surcharge. We also have a wide selection of napkins to choose from. Wedding supplier We have a selected list of preferred vendors available upon request.
