9 Antipasto Tower When guests arrive at your reception they will be greeted with a long table packed with antipasto and seafood. The table will be overflowing with delicious morsels for your guests to graze on including: Selection of house cured and smoked meats including salami, prosciutto, coppa collo, mortadella, smoked ham and rare roast beef. Selection of local and imported cheeses with accompaniments including quince paste, fig jam, grapes, finely sliced corella pear and dried fruits. Selection of bruschetta toppings including tomato and basil, beetroot and feta and mushroom and thyme. Smoked salmon with dill crème fraiche and crispy bagels. Selection of grilled, marinated and pickled vegetables. Selection of local and imported stuffed and marinated olives. The installation will have a rustic feel and will be styled with candle sticks, lanterns, lettuce and cabbage bouquets and ornaments in line with your overall theming and styling.
10 The Grand Pan Make our1.2m grand pans the centerpiece of your event! Cooked Al fresco, guest s interact with our Chefs and watch their meal come to life. Each pan feeds approximately 50 hungry guests so choose one or multiple dishes for the perfect way to serve fare to share. Below are some of our favourite grand pan dishes. Choose from one of the below menus or work with our Chef s to come up with a truly bespoke meal. Grand pan meals will come with a personalised selection of salads and sides.
11 Paella Pasta Master Taco Bar Our chefs build a huge Paella stacked with mixed seafood, an amazing centerpiece for any event! Our secret paste scents your event with the aromas of garlic, bacon and chorizo whilst guests interact with the our chefs and get involved process of creating the Paella. Brimming with the freshest seafood and served with garlic aoli, lemon wedges and chilli flakes this has fast become our most popular dish. Our pasta options are unlimited! All pasta is homemade and our signature sauces vary from traditional ragus and tomato based sauce, to fresh seafood sauces like marinara, garlic prawn and vongole. If you love it we can make it. Ask us about our special Nonna s sauce a sauce so secret the recipe has never been written down. Straight from Nonna s kitchen to your table! A fun and interactive idea that will impress guests at your fiesta! We cook a selection of meats until meltingly tender and accompany with a bar of sides so your guests can get their hands dirty and build their ultimate taco! Sides include pico de gallo, corn and coriander salsa, charred vegetables, our special guacamole and of course Lots of chilli!.
12 Osso Bucco Meatballs Bespoke Pan For a hearty winter fare to share, our slow braised Osso Buco or Lamb Shanks will warm up tummies at any event. Our rich sugo combined with a slow gentle cook has meat that will literally be falling off the bone. Accompany with sides of your choice to create a meal that will satiate even the largest of appetites and relieve the yearning for cold weather comfort food. For a hearty meal at a relaxed event, try our meatball subs. You choose your flavour Italian, Spanish, Greek or Moroccan and we give you a pan bursting with balls! Guests can build their own sub/panini then pimp their meal with an array of toppings to compliment your flavour choice sauces, cheeses, vegies etc. Whatever the event, we can create a dish to enhance your theme. Work with our executive chefs to create a bespoke menu to become the centerpiece of your party. Ideas include: Moroccan Tagine, Sri Lankan Fish Curry, Heart Irish Stew, Lamb racks nestled amongst Mediterranean vegetables. The possibilities are endless.
13 The Main Event As a main meal, we create an alfresco kitchen so the smells of slow roasting meats waft through your party and guests can interact with our chefs, watching their meal take shape. Large spits will slowly roast your meats until tender and juicy while giant paella pans will roast a selection of Mediterranean vegetables until crispy and golden. Meal is designed to be served communally on large platters in buffet style or down the centre of banquet tables. Some crowd favourites include our ham hock and tomato braised peas, stuffed peppers, zucchini and tomatoes, grilled asparagus with pancetta and parmesan, braised lentils and sautéed cauliflower with almonds, grapes 3 ways and coriander. 17 Mason Jar Dessert For a fun spin on the traditional dessert, we provide a wide array of delicious sweet options presented in a mason jar. These rustic delights are always a crowd pleaser and can be made into whatever tickles your sweet spot. Choose up to 4 from our menu choices below or tell us your favourite flavours and our chef s will create customised mason jar desserts just for you! Jars can be served directly on tables or can be styled into into an opulent dessert installation where guests can help themselves and mingle.

21 Styling We are more than happy to assist with set up and styling of your event. We will of course make sure that your food is styled to impeccable standards but we can also arrange table and venue styling to make your special day easy. Our dedicated creative team will address your look and style requirements and offer a range of innovative styling solutions. From simple table settings to full event management, our team can handle as much or as little as you need. Feel free to contact us to arrange a chat to brainstorm ideas.

23 Staff Our qualified team can assist with setup, presentation, service and bar to provide a professional Shared Affair experience. Staff can be booked and managed by Shared Affair at a rate of $40/hour. Staff duties will include food service and clean up as well as bar and table drinks service. Staff will be dressed in black pants, a white shirt and black aprons unless alternate uniforms are requested. We are happy to theme the look of our staff to your event. - Bowties - Ties - Fancy Dress
24 Have a drink with us Aside from providing great food, we offer great booze! With our sassy wait staff keeping your guests topped up we take the stress out of any event allowing you to make the most of your special occasion. Our close relationship with Sensi wines, imported from Italy, means you have an extensive list of wines to choose from as well as a variety of local and imported beers. If you would like to upgrade to our platinum package your personal mixologist will create our signature cocktails to complete your ultimate yachting experience.
