6 Term & Conditions Product availability FCG reserve the right to substitute food or service items. In consultations with the client, if any issues arise regarding product availability or supply. Booking confirmations All quotes are valid for 30 days A booking is considered tentative until a deposit is received and acknowledged by FCG Payments A nonrefundable 10% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full pre- payment of the function is required 14 days prior to the function. Payment methods Include Bank transfer, cash or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Finesse catering group and will not be accepted when received 14 days prior to the function. Dietary requirements We are happy to provide for vegetarian, coeliac and other dietary requirements with a minimum of five working days notice. Please note: That we are unable to guarantee that menu items will be 100% free of all traces of nuts, dairy, gluten or other products.
