12 How to Play the Game Deadlines To insure the utmost in presentation, service and quality, all game day orders should be placed by noon 7 days prior to game/event day. A signed contract and form of payment are also due at this time. Guarantee Guest Count Guaranteed attendance must be provided 2 business days prior to the event date. Guest count may be increased after the established time listed above with approval from the Pirates and ARAMARK with an additional payment of $5.00 per person. Event Time Food will be presented and beverage flowing for 90-minute prior to the game. The Pirates and ARAMARK must authorize any event time adjustments. Prices Game tickets are not included in menus pricing. All quoted prices are subject to change. Prices will only be guaranteed one year in advance and only when a signed catering contract is executed and deposit received. Liquor Laws Customer shall comply with all applicable local and state liquor laws, and further agrees that neither Customer nor Customer's guests will request, offer, or serve alcoholic beverages to any minors, or to any persons who, in the opinion of Caterer, are intoxicated. ARAMARK reserves the right to discontinue beverage service at any time.
