6 Pizza 6 darn Cynhwysion Cymysgedd Bara 8 owns / 250g Caws Mozzarella 6 owns / 170g Piwrî Tomato 1 owns / 28g Tomatos 2 owns / 56g Margarin ½ owns / 14g Nionod 1½ owns / 40g Oregano 1 llwy de Powdr garlleg i flas Pizza 6 portions Ingredients Bread mix 8 oz / 250g Mozzarella 6 oz / 170g Tomato Puree 1 oz / 28g Chopped tomato 2 oz / 56g Margarine ½ oz / 14g Onions chopped 1½ oz / 40g Oregano 1 tspn Garlic Powder pinch Y Dull 1. Pobwch ar tymheredd cymedrol poeth 180 c hyd nes bod ochrau r pizza yn lliw euraidd. 9. Defnyddiwch thermometer pigyn a i toi ynghanol y pizza i brofi ei fod wedi coginio i 82 c. 10. Torrwch y pizza yn siapiau triongl. Method 1. To make the dough follow the instructions on the bread roll mix packet. 2. Roll the dough out and place on a baking tray and place in a warm oven to prove. 3. In a saucepan melt the margarine fry the onions to soften, add the garlic and herbs. 4. To this mixture add chopped tomatoes and tomato puree. Liquidise the tomato mixture with the hand blender. 5. Bake the pizza base without topping for approx. 10 minutes (Do not allow it to go brown) 6. Place the tomato mixture on the base and spread out evenly. 7. Sprinkle cheese on top. 8. Cook in a moderately hot oven 180 o c until the crust is golden brown. 9. Use thermometer probe in the centre of the pizza to confirm it has cooked to 82 c. 10. Cut each pizza into triangles 5

Y Dull 1. Cymysgu r cynhwysion i gyd gyda i gilydd mewn bowlen. 2. Defnyddiwch rannwr tatws i greu peli o r cymysgedd. 3. Rhowch ar din rhostio. 4. Pobi am tua 20 munud mewn popty poeth 200 c. 5. I wneud y saws llysiau - toddi ychydig o fargarin mewn sosban, ffrio r nionod a moron wedi gratio a i meddalu. Ychwanegwch y tomatos, stoc cig oen ac ychydig o ddŵr. Berwi am 10 munud, wedyn gadael i oeri am ychydig a chreu hylif gyda blender llaw. Rhowch y saws yn ôl ar y gwres a i godi i fudferwi. 6. Codi r peli o r tun rhostio a u rhoi yn y sosban gyda r saws llysiau a u gweini. Method 1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. 2. Use a potato scoop to make the mixture into balls. 3. Put the balls onto a roasting tin. 4. Bake in a hot oven 200 c for approximately 20 minutes. 5. To make the vegetable sauce melt a little margarine in a saucepan and fry the onions and grated carrot until soft. Add the tinned tomatoes, lamb stock and a little water. Boil for 10 minutes, then allow to cool and liquidise with a hand blender. Put the saucepan back on the heat and simmer. 6. Lift the lamb meatballs from the roasting tin and put them into the vegetable sauce and serve. 6

Ychwanegwch y cynhwysion sych a u curo n araf gyda pheiriant cymysgu nes fydd y gymysgedd wedi dod yn un. Peidiwch â gorymysgu. Bydd y gymysgfa yn edrych yn dalpiog. Ychwanegwch y darnau siocledau a troi gyda llwy. 6. Llenwch y papurau 2/3 yn llawn (gall sgŵp tatws fod o gymorth). 7. Rhowch mewn pobty 375 o f / 190 o c am 20 munud 8. Ar ol coginio rhowch ar rac oeri yn syth. Method 1. Use a muffin tin and muffin papers Banana Muffin 6 portions Ingredients White flour 3oz / 75g Brown flour 3oz / 75g Baking powder ½ oz / 14g Sugar 2oz / 50g Eggs 1 Corn Oil 75ml Milk 75 ml Bananas almost black 3oz / 75g Choc chips 1oz / 28g Paper muffin cases 2. Mix the flour, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl and put to one side. 3. Beat the peeled bananas with the electric mixer on No 2 4. Beat in the eggs, milk, sugar and corn oil. 5. Add the dry ingredients and beat in gradually on No1. Mix just until blended. The mixture will look lumpy. With a spoon stir in the choc chips gently. 6. Fill the muffin papers 2/3 full ( a potato scoop may help). 7. Place in oven at 375 o f / 190 o c for 20 minutes 8. After cooking remove to a rack to cool. 7
