Our goal is to deliver superior food with superior service and to make sure every game is a memorable one not just on the field, but in your luxury suite as well. We ve customized an extensive menu just for the Fisher Cats with original recipe appetizers, tempting hot entrées and indulgent desserts. Your meals will be accompanied by Coca-Cola products, wines and spirits. At the Fisher Cats we specialize in customized requests. 18 GENERAL INFORMATION GENERAL INFORMATION Food and Beverage Ordering To ensure the best quality, presentation and service, we ask that all food and beverage orders be placed at least 12 hours prior to the event. If you need a menu or order form, please call our office at Orders may be placed by phone or faxed to You will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order. Please notify us as soon as possible of any cancellations or changes. It is strictly prohibited to bring any food or beverage into Northeast Delta Dental Stadium. Hours of Operation The suites are open for guest arrival 90 minutes prior to the event. Game Day Ordering Game/event day services begin 30 minutes prior to the event. Additional food and beverage orders may be placed with your suite attendant. Please note that event day orders are meant to supplement your advance order. All game day orders will be delivered on a first-come, first-served basis, after all advanced orders have been delivered. Special Requests Advantage Food and Beverage will be happy to assist you in observing a special occasion or to meet any special request, such as birthday celebrations, specialty cocktail service or a favorite dessert. To discuss such requests, please contact us at Payment Policy The suite holder will receive an itemized invoice detailing all pre-orders and final alcohol and beverage replenishment charges at the end of the event. Inclement Weather In the event of inclement weather you can choose to cancel your food order. Our Catering Manager must be notified 4 hours prior to the start of the event. In the event that the game is cancelled, you will not be held responsible for food orders placed in advance. In the event the game is delayed, we will follow our standard delivery time for food. 19 GENERAL INFORMATION Be A Team Player Drink Responsibly To maintain compliance with rules and regulations set forth by the State of New Hampshire, we ask that you adhere to the following: We reserve the right to refuse the service of alcohol to a suite for any reason. Alcoholic beverage service will stop at the middle of the 7th inning. Our suite servers will make a last call at the middle of the 6th inning in an effort to get any alcohol orders into the suites by the middle of the 7th inning. Alcoholic beverages purchased at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium are for on-premise consumption only. Our staff will graciously monitor all alcohol service throughout the event. New Hampshire state law prohibits any alcoholic beverage from entering or leaving the stadium. For the safety of all of our guests, all cans and bottles must remain in your suite. Minors (those under the age of 21), by law, are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages. It is unlawful to serve alcoholic beverages to anyone that appears to be intoxicated. Suite attendants and bartenders are available to you as a requested service to monitor and serve alcohol within your suite. 19

20 GENERAL INFORMATION Suite Staffing We will provide staffing for the Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green Suite Level with suite attendants supervised by suite area supervisors. It is their responsibility to ensure that your suite food and beverage pre-orders are delivered and to assist you on event day. Private suite attendants and bartenders are available to assist with the greeting of your guests, bartending and serving the individual needs of you and your guests. A fee of $75 will be applied for each private suite attendant or bartender requested. 20
