Whether it s a Company Picnic, Family Reunion, Church Gathering, or just a Party, we ve got all the Food & Fun you ll need! You can t go wrong, having your picnic catered by the place with America s Best Amusement Park Food! Our Chef has prepared a variety of tasty meal options to choose from. You re just 4 easy steps away from creating the Perfect Picnic Day! 1. Select a date that s right for your group (when considering a weekend, we recommend you have two date options). 2. You must have a minimum of 50 meals in your group to qualify for catering. 3. For groups under 100 meals there is a service fee of $1.00 per meal for full service catering, or you can choose from our Self-Serve A La Carte Menu. 4. Complete your day with All-Day Fun Passes for the Rides and Water Park or Individual Ride Ticket options. Our goal is to make your gathering the best it can be. To do this, we provide all of the little extras to make your day simple and complete. We ll handle ticket arrangements, the set-up of tables, and provide park brochures for your group at no extra charge. 4 PAVILION RENTAL INFORMATION Pavilion Rental Saturday Sunday Pavilion Rentals: $75 Pavilion Rental Fee on Saturday and Sunday from June 1st August 25th, This fee of $75 must be paid at the time of reserving the pavilion. Full Service Catered Groups (and Self-Serve A La Carte Groups spending more than $375.00) will have their $75 Pavilion Rental Fee credited to their food bill. Monday Friday Pavilion Rentals: The Pavilion Rental Fee is waived on weekdays, see operating schedule on Page 14. Reservations are encouraged, pavilions are available on a first-come/first-served basis. Note: Pavilions are available on holidays without charge on a first-come/first-served basis - Reservations are NOT taken on holidays. Your Group Pavilion location is not guaranteed - Catered Groups have first priority. Pavilion Number subject to change due to group sizing/catering needs. Outside Caterers & Food Deliveries are Prohibited on Park Grounds. Pavilion Cancellation Information: If you cancel your pavilion 30 days or more prior to your scheduled picnic day (must be in writing via letter or , see contact info on Page 2) you will receive a full refund. Pavilion rental cancellations received less than 30 days from your scheduled picnic date are non-refundable. Weather Clause: The Park may remain open during light rain days and will continue to serve its scheduled picnics. If the Park closes due to Inclement Weather on your scheduled picnic day, you will be notified and the Group Coordinator will handle any refunds/rescheduling, if applicable. 4

5 Helpful Hints for planning your group picnic See Pavilion Rental Info on Page 4. Meal prices subject to change without notice. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted. There is an additional 6% sales tax charge on all catering. A minimum count of 50 meals is required for catering. For groups under 100 meals there is a service fee of $1.00 per meal for full service catering, or you can choose from our Self-Serve A La Carte Menu. Serving time preferences will be scheduled in the order the reservations are confirmed. To estimate the duration of your serving times, use the following guidelines ½ hour hour ½ hours 1,000-1, hours The duration of actual serving times are dependant on menu selection and meal count, and will vary based on these factors. All catering arrangements are based on your guaranteed final count. Final count is due no less than 10 business days prior to your picnic date or serving times are subject to change. Groups are responsible to bring coolers and containers to transfer and keep all leftover perishable items. Park Refrigeration will not be available. Catered Dinners include Pepsi Fountain Drinks. A Self-Serve Pepsi Fountain Unit is provided to catered groups approximately 15 minutes prior to the meal and for the duration of the meal serving time. All items are served in bulk, in disposable pans, and will be delivered to your pavilion with serving utensils provided. Groups are responsible to bring coolers and containers to transfer and keep all leftover perishable items. Park Refrigeration will not be available. Miscellaneous Picnic Items are now also available for purchase (see Page 10). A La Carte items are also available as additions to Catered Picnic Meals. Extra Treats: Food Concession Tickets, Snack Coupons, and Game Coupons are also available for purchase through our Picnic Coordinator (please ask for details).
