Our Clubhouse & marquee have beautiful views over our water-ski lake & the Nene Valley Countryside making our setting & venue the perfect choice for all occasions. We can host small & intimate parties in our main function room or larger celebrations in our stunning marquee. We cater for all budgets & styles & are happy to put together bespoke packages & themes to suit your individuality. we take great pride in ensuring your event goes smoothly from start to finish. Located on the edge of the beautiful village of Grendon in rural EastNorthamptonshire, we are centrally located and easily accessible to all corners of the county and further afield. 4 VENUE HIRE PRICES Full Function Suite & Marquee Day & Evening You will receive exclusive & private use of the following: Function Room (licensed for civil ceremonies). Lawn & Patio Areas with seating. Marquee which comes with: full ivory linings, carpet, chandelier lighting, dancefloor, tables, chairs, chair covers, gold or ivory sashes & table linen. Fully licensed Bar stocked and staffed. Hire is from 9am to midnight on the day & 3 hours set up time the afternoon before for all those finishing touches. Saturday Sunday to Thursday Friday Full Function Suite & Marquee Evening Only Perhaps you are marrying abroad & just want an evening reception or are having a late wedding at another venue and want an evening party with us our evening only hire will be perfect as for just 500 you receive all of the above but for the reduced hire times of 7pm to midnight. Set up is available from 6pm for any decorations or final touches. Function Room for civil ceremonies Function Room This room can seat 50 people comfortably. All tables, table linen & Chairs are provided as well as our fairy lights, candles & use of our private bar. This room overlooks the lakeside lawn, terrace & patio areas with further seating which your guests are more than welcome to use. Afternoon Hire 95 12pm to 5pm. Perfect for occasions such as christenings, naming days, baby showers, wakes etc. Evening Hire 150 6pm to midnight. Perfect for small evening receptions, birthdays, engagments etc. Chair Covers & Coloured sashes are available for a further Club Room Our Clubroom has a tiled floor which is great for dancing the night away. This room has a small patio area outside for your guests to use & a private bar. Casual Seating can be left around the edge of the room & there is a wall mounted TV & DVD player If you wish to bring a photo DVD to share with your guests. The room capacity is 100 people. Evening Hire 100 6pm to midnight We charge to hold your civil ceremony in our lakeside function room. Chairs covered with white chair covers & gold or ivory sashes are supplied for up to 60 people, an aisle runner, use of our music system, fairy lights & candles.

5 Entertainment We have a full entertainments licence which enables you to organise your own disco, band, children entertainer, magician etc. Our DJ can be hired for from 7pm to midnight. Decorations You are able to decorate the venue as much or a little as you desire. Fairy Lights, candles, table confetti etc can all add that special touch to your day/night. Our Staff can complete the decorations for you on the day of the wedding at a cost of (we do not supply decorations) Kids Play Tent If you are having alot of little ones coming to celebrate & want to offer them something different, our Kids Play Tent is just the answer. It creates their own special hideout & fun space just for them. The Tent comes equipped with rugs, toys, arts, crafts, cosy cushions, books & games plenty to keep them entertained in all weather conditions Camping & Glamping An added benefit of Grendon Lakes is the onsite camping facilities just a few minutes walk from the venue. All of your guests are able to book a pitch for the night or there are areas that you can hire exclusively for your family & friends. If you were looking for something a bit different & special Our Glamping Villages are the perfect option. Forget pitching tents, airbeds & sleeping bags. We do not offer Corkage and only drinks purchased from Grendon Lakes are permitted to be consumed in the function room, marquee & outside areas. (Campsite does not apply)

8 We have a range of menus to suit all tastes and budgets from our own catering team. All food is freshly prepared on site utilsiing locally sourced produce. If you would prefer to design your own menu we will happily give you a tailor made quotation. Alternatively you may arrange your own caterers but please be mindful that our kitchen facilities, refrigeration & storage are not for hire. We must be provided with a copy of the caterers public liability insurance as well as having an indemnity disclaimer signed by the hirer. Grendon Lakes will not provice cutlery, crockery or serving/clearing staff if outside caterers are used.

12 VENUE HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS Confirmation of Booking A signed copy of these terms and conditions or written confirmation of the booking from the customer, receipt of which shall be deemed by Grendon Lakes (Bevington Inns Ltd) as the customers acceptance of these term and conditions. Deposits and Payments All bookings will be provisional and held for a maximum of 7 days until a non-refundable deposit of one third of the overall venue hire has been paid and a receipt is issued to the customer. If no deposit is received Grendon Lakes (Bevington Inns Ltd) reserve the right to release the booking. All final charges & invoices must be settled at least 4 weeks prior to the event date. All Cheques must be made payable to Bevington Inns Ltd. If cheques are returned unpaid a charge of 35 per cheque will be added. If payment is made by credit card a 2.5% charge will be added. No charge is made for BACS, cheque or debit card payments. Cancellation by the Customer In the event of cancellation/postponement by the customer, this must be made in writing & the deposit paid will not be refunded. If a cancellation is made after the final invoice has been received, 100% of the final invoice must be paid. Cancellation by Grendon Lakes (Bevington Inns Ltd) In the event of cancellation by Grendon Lakes Bevington Inns ltd will refund any advance payments made, but will have no further liability to the customer. Grendon Lakes may cancel the booking If the venue is closed whole or in part due to fire, flood, employee disputes, alteration, decoration or by order of any public authority Changes to the Booking Provisional number of guests will be required at booking. Final figures must be received 5 weeks prior to the event in order for Grendon Lakes to produce the final invoice. Following final invoice & payment, if numbers reduce Grendon lakes will not issue a refund for any excess. If numbers increase, any extra finance needs settling before the day. Once final invoice has been issued, no changes can be made to the menu, drinks or items listed on the invoice. Catering / Caterers If external caterers are being used, Grendon Lakes must be issued with a copy of the Caterers Public Liability Insurance & the hirer will indemnify Grendon Lakes (Bevington Inns Ltd) against any claims made against Grendon Lakes (Bevington Inns Ltd) resulting from an act or default by any such contractor, his staff or agents or caused by equipment supplied by them or others. This indemnity is also to include cover under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, Fire Precautions Act & Environmental Health. Contractors & Caterers must report to the Duty Manager on arrival and Grendon Lakes (Bevington Inns Ltd) reserves the right to refuse access without prejudice to any contractor/ caterer if the above conditions have not been met. Grendon Lakes will not provide or loan any of its kitchen or catering facilities to any external caterer. The caterer or Wedding Party must bring all catering equipment, plates, cutlery & all serving ancillaries on site. Grendon Lakes do not supply refrigeration and cannot accommodate hired refrigeration units in the venue. Suppliers can access the venue for deliveries and set up during the hire times only. Grendon lakes are not responsible for any equipment, goods or belongings left by suppliers. These items are left at their own risk & we advise that they ensure their own insurance policy covers any loss or damage to any items should this occur. This includes wedding cakes. If the Customer fails to adhere to any of these Terms and Conditions If in the Opinion of the management it might prejudice the reputation of Grendon Lakes (Bevington Inns Ltd) If full payment is not received by the times agreed in this document.

13 Liability and Insurance Grendon Lakes (Bevington Inns Ltd) will not be liable to the customer or their guests for loss or damage to persons or property however incurred. All clothing, personal property or other goods left before, during or after the hire period by the customer or guests will be left at their own risk. We advise that all customers purchase wedding/ event insurance. Customer Obligations The customer shall: Ensure all persons attending the function do not commit any nuisance, disturbance or infringement, which may jeopardise the licenses of Grendon Lakes (Bevington Inns Ltd). All guests must comply with the reasonable requests of Grendon Lakes Staff. All Members of Staff are representatives of Bevington Inns Ltd and its owners, all complaints must be directed to a member of the management. Not bring to or consume any beverages on the premises hired other than those supplied by Grendon Lakes (Bevington Inns Ltd). Ensure that all guests are aware that Grendon Lakes operates a strict policy on underage drinking. We can and will request identification of all those who we suspect are under 21 years of age. Camping / Glamping All camping & Glamping Bookings must be made with Grendon Lakes Leisure Ltd. A separate booking procedure, policy, terms, rules & conditions are applicable & the hiring of the Venue does not automatically confirm bookings on the Campsite or Glampsite.
