Our Christmas calendar of events includes shared casino party nights and some more traditional lunchtime options. Our Function Suite is well suited for a variety of private events accommodating up to 90 guests for a seated meal, or 120 for a reception style event, whilst the Redbourn Café Bar and Grill is just the place for more casual celebrations. We pride ourselves on offering a warm and friendly welcome, delicious home-cooked food and superb value for money. 3 Lunchtime Celebrations Come and celebrate Christmas with friends, colleagues or family over lunch or dinner at Redbourn Golf Club. Our Function Suite is available for private use for groups of up to 90 guests and our Christmas menu offers exceptional value for money. 4 Party Nights I If you re looking for a fun and festive night out, then why not join one of our shared Casino Party Nights. These events can accommodate up to 90 people and are a great way for smaller groups to get together and celebrate Christmas. Exclusive use is available for groups of 75 or more. In order for us to do this, please review our terms and conditions detailed below. All Christmas bookings are subject to availability. A minimum number of 8 guests applies for shared party or casino night bookings. A non-refundable deposit of 10 per person is required at the time of booking. (Please note; if the booking is for exclusive use of the function room our standard function terms and conditions apply.) Please do not send cash deposits in the post. Cash deposits can be made at the Golf Centre, where a receipt will be issued. Receipts for posted deposits will be issued upon request. Full payment will be required no later than 1 month prior to your booking. No refunds will be given. All menu items are subject to availability. The organiser will receive a booking form in advance of the event, which must be completed with all individual menu choices, names and table plan (if applicable) and returned to us no later than 1 month prior to your booking. We reserve the right to alter or amend any of the packages without prior notice. All prices include VAT at the current rate. Under 18s are not permitted to purchase or consume alcohol on the premises. The Management reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to intoxicated persons and to escort off the premises any persons causing a disturbance or offence to other persons. The Company reserves the right to move an event to an alternative date in the event of inclement weather, or any other reason. In this instance, all deposits and balances paid or due will be moved to the alternative date.
