2 Welcome to the Market Stores The Market Stores was purchased by Fullers in 2012 and underwent an extensive refurbishment to transform the pub into a contemporary and charming meeting pub where all are welcome. The Market holds a pub downstairs, while the upper floor houses a stunning restaurant and function area complete with a separate bar and facilities. Whether you are looking for a cosy space to hold a business meeting, a table for a dinner party, or a wonderful space to dance the night away, we have an area that will suit you.

3 Down If you want to reserve an area in the heart of the action, look no further than our downstairs bar. We have a couple of areas for you to choose from, allowing you to be semi private but with the pub buzz firmly around you. Upstairs functionareas Tunnels: Situated at the back of the pub, close to the famous Reigate tunnels, this area can seat up to 30 people. Raised bar area: This jewel is tucked away at the front of the pub, with views overlooking the high street. Perfect for parties of up to 12 people. Barrel Area: This little snug area is a great place to stand and chat with some good friends, holds up to 15 people. option one For larger functions of up to 130 people, we can offer you exclusive use of the entire restaurant level. These bookings enjoy exclusive use of the facilities and beer garden, as well as your own personal bar! Feel free to bring in your own music, or speak to us about doing it for you. We also have a sound system that you can plug into should you wish. We will happily transform the front of the restaurant into a dance floor area should you so wish. Please note there is a minimum spend of 2,000 on Thursdays, and 3,000 on Fridays and Saturdays. 50% of this is to come from food purchases. reserve THESE AREAS at no cost option two The back of our restaurant lends itself perfectly to events of up to 50 people. You benefit from direct access to the beer garden with full use of the upstairs bar. Great for hosting an event with more of an exclusive feel. Up If you are looking for something a bit special and for bigger functions, look no further than our upstairs. A flexible space, we are able to accommodate different types of parties in this area. With a separate bar, toilets and direct access to Reigate s highest beer garden, your event is bound to go off with a bang! Please note there is a minimum spend of 600 on Fridays and Saturdays. 30% of this is to come from food purchases.

Numbers All prices quoted are on a per person basis. Confirmation of final numbers is to be given at least two weeks prior to the event. Any decrease in numbers after this time cannot be accepted and the full charge will be made. Final number are to be confirmed by you. Deposit: Please note that for exclusive hire of our upper level and garden, a deposit will be required 30 days in advance of the event. Payment: Upon receiving payment, a receipt will be issued. Please note that one receipt/bill will be issued per party. We accept payment on the night by card or cash. We do not accept company or personal cheques. Dietry Requirements: If you have any dietary requirements, then please do let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We can do much more if we know in advance, rather than just on the day. Cancelation: Cancellations can be made at any time in writing via or phone call to the Manager. In event of a cancellation we will not be able to reimburse your deposit given to us. We will also need to know at least one week before the event is to be held if you need to cancel your event. We reserve the right to cancel your booking should the minimum number not be achieved or move your party to another area location if numbers are not achieved. Displayed Food Items Any displayed food items (i.e. buffets) will only be left on display for a maximum of two due to health and safety regulations. Any unused food items cannot be removed from the premises. Areas: We want you to have the best possible event, however, as you can imagine, we can get extremely busy, and we still have a duty to our other customers to offer then the same care and service that we offer you. Therefore, we ask, that if your party is not taking up as much room as first anticipated, then we may ask to use some of that space for other customers. We are such a lovely pub, and it would be a shame not to share it with as many people as possible. Challenge 21: As a licensed pub we reserve the right to ID any person that looks under 21 to a staff member, valid ID with the age of 18 must be shown in order to be served. We hold the right to refuse service to any individual that does not hold valid ID. So we ask for you to make sure everyone brings a form of ID such as a passport or driving license to your event to save disappointment. Under 18 s: Under 18 s are more than welcome to attend events and functions in our private areas upstairs. If you are holding an event with us with food being served, under 18 s are welcome to stay until 10pm. For drinks functions, under 18 s are welcome to stay until 8pm. Please note, that any liability for underage drinking falls to the event organiser. We reserve the right to ask people to leave if we believe the person is under 18. Alcohol/Drinks : Our stock and prices are subject to change without prior notice, we also do not allow corkage of any of our products even if pre ordered. Any alcohol/drinks consumed on the premises must be purchased from our bars. Damage to Property: The Market stores will not be responsible for any damages caused to the premises due to neglect and charges may apply. Opening Hours: Our opening hours vary depending on the day of your function, even though we will stay open as long as we can we do reserve the right for the manager on duty to close the premise at any time for any reason Music and Hours Due to licensing laws, all service to functions and bands/dj s are to cease at 00:00 midnight with all guests vacated by 00:30.
