3 Becoming a Group Leader Every year, groups of friends or family come to Sight & Sound Theatres and create meaningful, lasting memories. Each one of them has one thing in common - a group leader. We hope that you take the time to bring your co-workers, friends, or family to have the shared experience of a live stage show at Sight & Sound Theatres. If you bring 25 or more people, we ll even give you a ticket on the house for all your work! In this guide, you ll find everything you need in order to be a successful group leader, and if you have questions, feel free to call, and we will do our best to help you every step of the way! -The Sight & Sound Sales Team

6 4-12 Months Planning Your Visit Decide on 2 or 3 possible show dates and times. First Choice: at a.m./p.m. Second Choice: at a.m./p.m. Third Choice: at a.m./p.m. Meals: When seeing a show in Lancaster County, you can make reservations for a meal at selected restaurants. Please choose from the restaurants listed in this guide. Restaurant First Choice: Restaurant Second Choice: Restaurant Third Choice: Group Size: Your reservation should be for the maximum number of people you are likely to bring. Extra show tickets may be cancelled at a later date. Tickets can only be added if available and will not necessarily be in the same area of the theatre. Estimated group size: Order online at sight-sound.com or call to make your reservations: Online orders require full payment at the time of order. Meal reservations can be made by phone only. Transportation: Sight & Sound does not provide transportation. Deposit: A deposit of $100 per theatre event is due at the time of booking. The deposit is refundable if the order is cancelled 21 or more days prior to the scheduled show date. Payments by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or check by phone are accepted for the deposit. Free Advertising Materials: After you receive a printed confirmation, you may begin advertising your trip. You may request brochures, posters, and show logos to help you promote your event by calling Confirmation of meal arrangements takes 7-10 days. Because different restaurants have different prices, do not advertise prices until you receive confirmation of your show and meal costs. Your final payment due date for group members should be at least one week prior to the date on which you will pay Sight & Sound. Please inform group members that seats are assigned upon receipt of full payment, on a best seats available basis. Early payment will assure you of the most seating choices. 7 Accommodations for handicapped individuals: Our facilities are accessible to handicapped persons. Please advise Sight & Sound now of any special needs, including difficulty with steps, to ensure the fullest accommodations. 2-3 Months Remind group members that no changes or refunds are allowed within 21 days of your show date. 6-8 Weeks Establish a standby list for undecided individuals or for those who have not turned in final payment. Based on ticket availability, you may add tickets to your reservation without a service charge. Provide full payment at this time. Contact Sight & Sound at with a final count of adults and children (3-12). With your group reservations, every 25th ticket is FREE. Final count: Adults Children (3-12) Free Sight & Sound assigns the best available seating upon receiving your full payment. Your tickets can be ed immediately upon full payment or will be held at the box office and brought to your bus by one of our greeters. Tickets will be mailed by request only.

8 4 Weeks Full payment is required no later than 21 days prior to your show date. Your reservation will automatically be cancelled if full payment is not received by this date. Full payment due: Seating Arrangements: It is the group leader s responsibility to plan seating. Seating charts are sent with all mailed tickets. If your tickets are being ed or held at the box office, we can send a seating chart upon request. If you are coming by bus, please be aware that we provide a designated seating area for commercial bus drivers (no ticket required). Departure Time: When scheduling a departure time, allow time for unexpected delays, bad weather, heavy traffic, road construction and accidents. Due to the nature of our productions, late arrivals will not be seated until intermission. It is the discretion of the House Manager to seat late arrivals in seats other than those originally purchased. There will be no refunds for late arrivals. We suggest arriving 45 minutes prior to your scheduled show time. Departure time: Pick-up location: 3 Weeks No changes or cancellations are permitted at this time. If originally scheduled group members are unable to attend, contact people from your standby list. If requested, tickets will be mailed at this time. Day of Show Distribute Tickets: For groups coming by bus, plan to distribute tickets the day of your show to avoid misplaced or lost tickets. If receiving your tickets at the theatre, be sure to leave ample time to hand them out to your group upon arrival. Leave promptly at your scheduled departure time.
