11 DRINKS SELECTION CHAMPAGNE BTL GLS RUINART BRUT NV A yellow colour with golden glints and a crystal-like brilliance. On the nose the wine is delicate and fresh. White-fleshed fruit (pear), and scents of white flowers (acacia). The palate is perfectly balanced and fresh with an extremely long finish. RUINART BRUT ROSÉ Intense, fruity and aromatic, Ruinart Rosé owes its sensual elegance to the marriage of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The nose is fresh and subtle, ripe with cherry and freshly picked red berries followed by a splash of flowers and spicy notes. PROSECCO PROSECCO SPUMANTE, VALDO ORIGINE, BRUT Straw yellow colour, joined with a fine perlage and a fruity taste are the distinguishing features of Valdo s Brute Prosecco DOC. Well-balanced structure, matched with it s flavourful and aromatic fruity fragrance make it a perfect pairing with starters and particularly with delicately flavoured dishes, especially sea food. 12 RED WINE BOTTLE 750ML GLASS 175ML AGLIANICO: PIPOLI, AGLIANICO DEL VULTURE Italy Notes of cherry and spicy vanilla with a long and balsamic finish, ripe tannins and a persistent aftertaste. MERLOT: DOMAINE DE SAINTE ROSE, LE MISTRAL France It has a deep purple appearance with an initial palate of complex black fruits, spice and hints of pepper leaving the palate with hints of chocolate and mocha. The soft, ripe tannins make this an extremely enjoyable wine. RIOJA CRIANZA: VINA BUJANDA Spain A well-made traditional style Rioja aged in American oak for 12 months giving it notes of toast and coconut on the nose, and a creamy spiced vanilla on the palate. SHIRAZ: DE BORTOLI, VAT Australia Dark, earthy, berry fruit flavours lifted with a peppery punch leading on to a long, creamy finish. PINOT NOIR: STONELEIGH, MARLBOROUGH New Zealand Bright, cherry fruit, silky, easy, beautifully balanced red wine. ROSÉ WINE BORSAO, GARNACHA ROSÉ: CAMPO DE BORGA Spain Bright, cerise pink in colour. OLD WORLD SAUVIGNON BLANC: T AIR D OC France This alluring wine combines tropical fruit with Sauvignon s benchmark acidity and freshness. Lighter than its New Zealand counterpart yet riper than Sancerre, this is a great wine to drink on its own. CHARDONNAY: WINDY PEAK, BARREL FERMENT Victoria, Australia Classic example of oak fermented Chardonnay; a real smoothy, brimming with flavours DESSERT WINE ARALDICA MOSCATO PASSITO, PIEDMONT Italy Honeyed, rich and intense. Ripe apricot fruit and a buttery toffee character behind the typical fresh grape aromas and floral orange blossom notes. ELYSIUM BLACK MUSCAT California Purple in colour with silky berry fruit.
