11 DRINKS SELECTION CHAMPAGNE BTL GLS RUINART BRUT NV A yellow colour with golden glints and a crystal-like brilliance. On the nose the wine is delicate and fresh. White-fleshed fruit (pear), and scents of white flowers (acacia). The palate is perfectly balanced and fresh with an extremely long finish. RUINART BRUT ROSÉ Intense, fruity and aromatic, Ruinart Rosé owes its sensual elegance to the marriage of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The nose is fresh and subtle, ripe with cherry and freshly picked red berries followed by a splash of flowers and spicy notes. PROSECCO PROSECCO SPUMANTE, VALDO ORIGINE, BRUT Straw yellow colour, joined with a fine perlage and a fruity taste are the distinguishing features of Valdo s Brute Prosecco DOC. Well-balanced structure, matched with it s flavourful and aromatic fruity fragrance make it a perfect pairing with starters and particularly with delicately flavoured dishes, especially sea food. MERLOT: DOMAINE DE SAINTE ROSE, LE MISTRAL France It has a deep purple appearance with an initial palate of complex black fruits, spice and hints of pepper leaving the palate with hints of chocolate and mocha. The soft, ripe tannins make this an extremely enjoyable wine. RIOJA CRIANZA: VINA BUJANDA Spain A well-made traditional style Rioja aged in American oak for 12 months giving it notes of toast and coconut on the nose, and a creamy spiced vanilla on the palate. SHIRAZ: DE BORTOLI, VAT Australia Dark, earthy, berry fruit flavours lifted with a peppery punch leading on to a long, creamy finish. PINOT NOIR: STONELEIGH, MARLBOROUGH New Zealand Bright, cherry fruit, silky, easy, beautifully balanced red wine. ROSÉ WINE BORSAO, GARNACHA ROSÉ: CAMPO DE BORGA Spain Bright, cerise pink in colour.
