Catering wants to make everything perfect for you on your special day. Our team of professionals includes our chefs, event and sales staff, who will work with you every step of the way to make this a memorable and joyous occasion. Whether you are planning a large, extravagant wedding or a small, intimate celebration, L.A. Catering will capture the essence of your ideal wedding reception while you enjoy this time that you will remember forever. If you need a location for your wedding reception or rehearsal dinner, we can assist you. The L.A. Catering Event Center is a beautiful facility located just outside of downtown Columbus. 9 L.A. Catering Terms and Conditions Deposits and Final Payment Once you would like to confirm your event, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of your bill is required. We accept checks, credit cards, or cash. Please make checks payable to L.A. Catering. This deposit will guarantee our services for your event. Another 25% is due 90 days prior to the event. The final payment is due 10 days prior to the day of the event. At this point in time, if no payment is received, our services will be nullified. Any unforeseen charges will be billed to you through a second invoice which is to be paid no later than two weeks after your event date. Guest Count A final count of attendance must be received by the Catering Office 48 hours prior to the event in writing. This number is not subject to change beyond this point. You will be charged for the final count or the number attending, whichever is greater. Service Hours If your event requires service personnel, the service hours are estimated at the time of booking your event. Your event may require additional service hours. Additional service hours will be billed at the close of each event and should be paid in full. Prices The prices outlined in our catering packages are subject to change. Tax and an 18% Service charge are placed on all bills except for drop off services which are subject to a delivery charge. If you are planning an event at another facility be aware that there may be a fee required. We will be responsible for making that payment as part of your bill. Third Party Planners If you hire the service of a third party planner, you hereby authorize that planner to act as your agent. Any information or request made by the planner is acting on your behalf and you agree to honor all terms given by the planner. Cancellation In the event of cancellation, your deposit is non-refundable. In addition, if you fail to provide L.A. Catering with 48 hours notice in the event of cancellation, you agree to pay the full balance due. You and L.A. Catering agree that these amounts are full settlement amounts and fairly reflect L.A. Catering's economic losses. By signing this document, you are agreeing to the term and conditions above as well as confirming that you have read your proposal in full. Name Date
