2 WELCOME LUXURY SUITE HOLDERS On behalf of the City of St. Catharines and SMG Canada, it gives me great pleasure to welcome you back to the Meridian Centre; your home for entertainment in the heart of Niagara. SMG is proud to once again be the exclusive food and beverage provider for the Meridian Centre and we are thrilled to be providing Suite Hospitality for all events during our season. Executive Chef, Drew Hall, will showcase his culinary expertise once more, featuring a selection of regional and local treasures. The kitchen will be busy with creations of authenticity, including homemade sauces and rubs, jams and spreads as well as Chef s famous house-smoked specialties. You ll still find your all favourite game day and classic event day fare, but we will tempt your taste buds with our new and improved creations. Our approach to food and beverage services remains attentive and collaborative. We endeavor to continuing learning your individual preferences, and encourage your suggestions and input as the season progresses. Be sure to look for new items and know that we are listening. Chef s tip: Try the riblets tossed in one of our house made BBQ sauces! Smoked Duck Salad Rolls 35 Muscovy duck breast, marinated in 5-spice blend and smoked. Served in rice paper with Asian rice noodles, crisp vegetables, and fresh herbs. Finished with a spicy, sweet dipping sauce. **Try them Vegetarian for a healthy option. Bacon Pops 45 Slow roasted pork belly slices and house made smoked andouille sausage candied in a Canadian maple glaze, wrapped in our house-cured bacon. Served on skewers. Ribs & Wings 80 Three full racks of our tender house smoked back ribs brushed with your choice of sauces and 20 of our fresh jumbo smoked chicken wings also in your choice of any of our house made sauces. Jumbo Smoked Wings 55 Our fresh jumbo chicken wings are infused with hickory smoke and fried to a golden crisp. Entry Level A medium spicy sauce with the addition of Guajillo Chiles Butter Burn Our twist on the classic buttery Buffalo sauce using Next Level Hot Sauce. Next Level A hot sauce featuring a blend of chilies straight from our rooftop garden! Honey Hoisin A sticky sweet sauce with roasted garlic. Naga Want It ANY Hotter A devilish concoction from Chef Drew. Made with Naga and Jolokia Chilies grown in the Meridian Centre rooftop garden. Sorry, no free T-Shirt. Caesar That s right. All the flavors of a Canadian Caesar in a chicken wing. Seriously. Smoked Salt & Pepper A simple rub featuring our house made smoked salt and cracked black pepper. Perfect for those that like their wings extra crispy. Acadian Dry Rub Chef Drew's (nearly) famous BBQ rub. With all sorts of spices he won't let us tell you about. The Meridian Centre is also the first arena in Ontario to offer exclusively local wine on tap in each of its concession stands. 11 PREMIUM POLICIES Luxury Suite Menu Policy and Procedures SUITE CATERING GUIDELINES To ensure that you and your guests enjoy each event with exceptional service and outstanding food, please review our Suite Catering Guidelines. We offer menu packages and pricing comparable to other midsize OHL and spectator facilities in Ontario. We offer all our menu items in packages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in packs of six, and bottle service only for spirits and wines. Glass service wear is not permitted in your suite. SUITE ADMINISTRATORS We have created extensive menu offerings for your planning convenience. If you have any special dietary requirements, please inform us when you place your advanced order. To ensure accuracy, we encourage you to appoint one member of your organization to place catering orders. Suite administrators can work exclusively with our team to ensure we are meeting your hospitality needs. STANDING ORDERS You may also choose to place a standard food and beverage order to be placed for all events. An order confirmation will be sent prior to each event should any adjustments need to be made. It is the responsibility of the Suite Holder or their Administrator to contact the Premium Food and Beverage representative two business days prior to the event to cancel a standing order request, or it may be charged in full. POLICIES ADVANCED ORDERING To ensure the highest level of presentation, service, and quality all food and beverage selections on this menu must be placed by two business days prior to each event by 2 pm. We accept pre-orders by only. All orders will be confirmed by upon processing for events. Orders can be placed via at the following address: suites@meridiancentre.com, exclusively for ease of record keeping, clarity and detail. We cannot guarantee availability of ANY ADVANCED DAY items placed AFTER deadline. EVENT DAY ORDERING AFTER the deadline of TWO BUSINESS days has lapsed, a GAME DAY MENU will be in effect. We will accept GAME DAY menu orders UNTIL NOON on all event days. Any food and beverage needed for your suite after this time will be ordered direct to your suite host or hostess while in attendance in your suite. Our Day of Event Menu is priced at a premium and is located in your suite with a current wine list, beverage selections, and our Chef s specials. ORDERING DURING THE EVENT All items listed on the Event Day Menu in the suite are available during the event. A credit card must be provided to the Suite Attendant for

12 payment of all game day catering orders. Please allow approximately 45 minutes for all game day orders to be delivered to your suite. alcohol consumption, and possible suspension of alcohol service to the offending suite for future events, all at management discretion. FOOD AND BEVERAGE DELIVERY Delivery of food and beverage items to your suite will be carried out in keeping with the highest food quality and safety standards. Food items ordered that do not require heat or cold stabilization will be placed in your suite prior to guest arrival. All items requiring heat will be delivered once guests have arrived. Due to space restrictions, some items may be delivered closer to the game and will be replenished and serviced frequently. PAYMENT PROCEDURES Payment is required at the end of the event and duplicate copies of your bill are available on request. All suite holders will receive a computer generated check at the conclusion of each event unless otherwise noted. We accept Visa, MasterCard or Debit, and a credit card must be provided with your order for it to be processed. For your convenience, a credit card number(s) and list of authorized signer(s) can be placed on file with our business office and used to settle your bill for events. HST of 13% and a coordination fee of 12% will be added to your bill. The Coordination fee is not considered a gratuity. Gratuities are at the suite holder s discretion and may be added to the guest check. CANCELLATION POLICY If an event is cancelled for any reason, your order will be void and you will not be charged for your order. We ask that all order cancellations be notified two business days prior to an event to avoid cancellation charges. If we are notified inside two - business days, you will be charged the full cost of your order. OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE Please note, OFF LICENSE alcohol is never allowed in your suite and jeopardizes our liquor license. If found, this alcohol will be confiscated. Ramifications of off-license alcohol may include: service for the evening being terminated, ejection of patrons, stationing of a dedicated suite hostess (chargeable to the suite holder) to monitor further SMG exclusively furnishes all food and beverage products for the suites at the Meridian Centre and guests are prohibited from bringing personal food or beverage without proper authorization. Licensed alcohol must stay within your suite as well as prepared food. Carrying food out of the suite poses great risk to guests, suite holders and employees of the Meridian Centre. Food can become hazardous very quickly and unfinished food must stay in the suite for proper disposal by our culinary service team. UNDERAGE PATRONS Underage patrons will not be served and we will ask for ID from all patrons who appear under the age of 30. In adherence with AGCO regulations, patrons who appear intoxicated will not be served alcohol; violation of these regulations may result in patrons being removed from the suite. SUITE FRIDGES Suite fridges at the Meridian Centre will be locked at all times and suite owners and premium service staff ONLY will be permitted entrance. Keys will be issued to Suite Holders or their Administrators and will not be opened or managed for any other individual(s) than those noted. Should you need additional keys or permissions for your fridge key and its access, you may contact us directly via and provisions will be made accordingly. FOOD ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES If you or your guest(s) suffer from a food-based allergy or sensitivity, please contact our Premium Food and Beverage representative, who will consult with our Executive Chef. Every effort will be made to meet your needs and ensure that you and your guests have an enjoyable experience. Please keep in mind that some of the ingredients used in our offerings originate in facilities where common food allergens may be in use. POLICIES
