Reisling - Stoney Ridge Estate Winery This light to medium bodied Reisling showcases flavours of citrus fruit, honey, apples and tropical fruit notes. Flavours are rounded out with a clean citrus acidity on the finish Unoaked Chardonnay - Vineland Estates Winery A mouth-watering rush of crisp fall apple with notes of freshly harvested melon and juicy white peach are highlighted by an underpinning of lemon zest with a bold seam of acidity followed with a small delicate kiss of bitterness. Sauvignon Blanc - Creekside Estate Winery Clean and crisp. This bright white has lovely citrus and grassy notes on the finish. Chardonnay - Mike Weir Estate Winery Crafted in a fresh unoaked style, this vintage Chardonnay showcases bright use of Niagara fruit trees including pear, peach and apple with a hint of fresh lemon. The palate is light with a creamy middle and flavours of apple, apricot and orange zest. Reserve Merlot - Mike Weir Estate Winery This vintage red has lush aromas of black cherry, cassis and plum with a hint of fresh rosemary, vanilla and cedar spice. Cabernet Franc - Vineland Estates Winery A fresh Cabernet Franc with bright, red berry fruits with aromatic spice notes and smooth mouth feel. Pinot Noir - Stoney Ridge Estate Winery Elegant nose of cherry, raspberry, cedar and toast notes. This Pinot Noir is medium bodied, with fresh red berry on the palate complimented by savoury oak spice, subtle tannin and delicate acidity. 11 PREMIUM POLICIES SUITE CATERING GUIDELINES To ensure that you and your guests enjoy each event with exceptional service and outstanding food, please review our Suite Catering Guidelines. We offer menu packages and pricing comparable to other midsize OHL and spectator facilities in Ontario. We offer all our menu items in packages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in packs of six, and bottle service only for spirits and wines. Glass service wear is not permitted in your suite. SUITE ADMINISTRATORS We have created extensive menu offerings for your planning convenience. If you have any special dietary requirements, please inform us when you place your advanced order. To ensure accuracy, we encourage you to appoint one member of your organization to place catering orders. Suite administrators can work exclusively with our team to ensure we are meeting your hospitality needs. STANDING ORDERS You may also choose to place a standard food and beverage order to be placed for all events. An order confirmation will be sent prior to each event should any adjustments need to be made. It is the responsibility of the Suite Holder or their Administrator to contact the Premium Food and Beverage representative two business days prior to the event to cancel a standing order request, or it may be charged in full. ADVANCED ORDERING To ensure the highest level of presentation, service, and quality all food and beverage selections on this menu must be placed by two business days prior to each event by 2 pm. We accept pre-orders by only. All orders will be confirmed by upon processing for events. Orders can be placed via at the following address: premiumservices@meridiancentre.com exclusively for ease of record keeping, clarity and detail. We cannot guarantee availability of ANY ADVANCED DAY items placed AFTER deadline. EVENT DAY ORDERING AFTER the deadline of TWO BUSINESS days has lapsed, a GAME DAY MENU will be in effect. We will accept GAME DAY menu orders UNTIL NOON on all event days. Any food and beverage needed for your suite after this time will be ordered direct to your suite host or hostess while in attendance in your suite. Our Day of Event Menu is priced at a premium and is located in your suite with a current wine list, beverage selections, and our Chef s specials. ORDERING DURING THE EVENT All items listed on the Event Day Menu in the suite are available during the event. A credit
12 card must be provided to the Suite Attendant for payment of all game day catering orders. Please allow approximately 45 minutes for all game day orders to be delivered to your suite. FOOD AND BEVERAGE DELIVERY Delivery of food and beverage items to your suite will be carried out in keeping with the highest food quality and safety standards. Food items ordered that do not require heat or cold stabilization will be placed in your suite prior to guest arrival. All items requiring heat will be delivered once guests have arrived. Due to space restrictions, some items may be delivered closer to the game and will be replenished and serviced frequently. (chargeable to the suite holder) to monitor further alcohol consumption, and possible suspension of alcohol service to the offending suite for future events, all at management discretion. SMG exclusively furnishes all food and beverage products for the suites at the Meridian Centre and guests are prohibited from bringing personal food or beverage without proper authorization. Licensed alcohol must stay within your suite as well as prepared food. Carrying food out of the suite poses great risk to guests, suite holders and employees of the Meridian Centre. Food can become hazardous very quickly and unfinished food must stay in the suite for proper disposal by our culinary service team. PAYMENT PROCEDURES Payment is required at the end of the event and duplicate copies of your bill are available on request. All suite holders will receive a computer generated check at the conclusion of each event unless otherwise noted. We accept Visa, MasterCard or Debit, and a credit card must be provided with your order for it to be processed. For your convenience, a credit card number(s) and list of authorized signer(s) can be placed on file with our business office and used to settle your bill for events. HST of 13% and a coordination fee of 12% will be added to your bill. The Coordination fee is not considered a gratuity. Gratuities are at the suite holder s discretion and may be added to the guest check. CANCELLATION POLICY If an event is cancelled for any reason, your order will be void and you will not be charged for your order. We ask that all order cancellations be notified two business days prior to an event to avoid cancellation charges. If we are notified inside two - business days, you will be charged the full cost of your order. OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE Please note, OFF LICENSE alcohol is never allowed in your suite and jeopardizes our liquor license. If found, this alcohol will be confiscated. Ramifications of off-license alcohol may include: service for the evening being terminated, ejection of patrons, stationing of a dedicated suite hostess UNDERAGE PATRONS Underage patrons will not be served and we will ask for ID from all patrons who appear under the age of 30. In adherence with AGCO regulations, patrons who appear intoxicated will not be served alcohol; violation of these regulations may result in patrons being removed from the suite. SUITE FRIDGES POLICIES Suite fridges at the Meridian Centre will be locked at all times and suite owners and premium service staff ONLY will be permitted entrance. Keys will be issued to Suite Holders or their Administrators and will not be opened or managed for any other individual(s) than those noted. Should you need additional keys or permissions for your fridge key and its access, you may contact us directly via and provisions will be made accordingly. FOOD ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES If you or your guest(s) suffer from a food-based allergy or sensitivity, please contact our Premium Food and Beverage representative, who will consult with our Executive Chef. Every effort will be made to meet your needs and ensure that you and your guests have an enjoyable experience. Please keep in mind that some of the ingredients used in our offerings originate in facilities where common food allergens may be in use.
