2 Welcome to Varnish on King Varnish on King s interior pays its respect to the nouveau dive bars of the States, but throws a sly nod to Perth's own history with sepia-toned images of the neighborhood's yesteryear lining the walls. This one of a kind bar in Perth makes the perfect place to host your next function or special occasion, offering something a little different for your guests. The food and drink selections are bound to suit every taste and preference, with both whiskey drinkers and wine lovers well taken care of. Stand up style canapé functions are available in the bar area for up to 50 people, Monday Wednesday and exclusive use of the venue is available for Saturday Lunch and all day Sunday for up to 120 guests. Varnish on King's mantra is simple. They source the best food and the best wine and whiskey and share it with their guests who quickly become friends.

10 Beverage Packages Package 1 All Draught Beer and Bottled Rogers **First pour white wine (choice of two) **First pour red wine (choice of two) **First pour sparkling wine Assorted soft drink and juices $45.00 per person for two hours $15.00 per person, per hour thereafter Wines change periodically due to availability and seasonality. Rest assured we only stock the best at all times Package 2 As above (Package 1) and including the following: Ketel One vodka George Dickle Tennessee whiskey Johnny Walker Black Label scotch Tanqueray gin $55.00 per person for two hours $20.00 per person, per hour thereafter *Drink packages require confirmation of numbers 7 days before the event, with a non-refundable deposit of 50% to be paid. *Varnish practices the responsible service of alcohol and retains the right to refuse service to intoxicated patrons at all times. *Beverage also available on consumption, custom options available on request

11 Terms & Conditions Deposit: Event Terms and Conditions A $1,000 deposit is required to confirm booking with remaining amount to be settled within 7 days of the event. Payment can be made via cash, credit card or direct deposit. Beverages: Varnish on King offers beverage packages, or we can charge on consumption. Final Numbers: Confirmation of final numbers is required no less than 7 days prior to scheduled event, this will be the minimum number billed on the day. Slippage: Any decrease in numbers in excess of 20% with less then 14 days notice to the event will incur a slippage fee. This will be calculated on 80% of the anticipated cost per person Venue Hire: Varnish is available for exclusive hire Saturday lunch and Sundays only. 10am 4pm: $2,500 venue hire & $6,000 minimum spend **If spend reaches $8,000 venue hire is waived 4pm 12pm: $2,500 venue hire & $8,000 minimum spend **If spend reaches $10,000 venue hire is waived Responsible Service of Alcohol: Varnish on King reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any persons from the event without liability Varnish on King practices responsible service of alcohol and reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any persons attending the event. Cancellations: Should you wish to cancel your confirmed booking, written notice is required. After a deposit has been paid, results in forfeiture of the deposit
