It s central location is an ideal setting for birthday celebrations, anniversaries, company gatherings and intimate weddings. The interior of the restaurant is reminiscent of a cozy open-living room space where guests will feel as if they are settled in their own private abode. 9 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Black Out Dates All Kilo outlets will not be available for hire on the following dates: Halloween (31 October), Christmas Eve (24 December), New Year s Eve (31 December) Rates on Corkage Rates for corkage: Beer $60/case (24 x case) Wine $40/bottle Champagne $60/bottle Spirits $80/bottle Minimum Spend Guests are to select their menu packages from page 4 & 5 of this event kit with given rates as the minimum amount to be spent. Rates are determined by location and package chosen respectively. If the minimum spend is not reached, the remaining shortfall will be charged. Deposit Guests must pay a 50% deposit via credit card or bank transfer prior to event to confirm. Cancellations Guests must provide 7 days notice of cancellation without penalty. If the notice is not provided, the deposit will be retained by Kilo. Guest Contract Guest must sign a contract, acknowledging the terms and conditions and confirming arrangements. 9
