2 GENERAL INFO Proof is a licensed small venue with both intimacy and old-school charm. Proof is an ideal venue for your next corporate event, engagement party, birthday celebration or even a cocktail style wedding. Proof features a extensive wine list and outstanding food menu. Exclusive Use Venue (100 pax) Mon to Thurs - $4,000 Fri to Sat - $8,000 Deck East (30pax) non exclusive Mon to Thurs - $500 Fri to Sat - $1,500 First Floor (80pax) Mon to Thurs - $2,000 Fri - $7,500 Sat - $4,000 Deck West (30pax) non exclusive Mon to Thurs - $500 Fri to Sat - $1,500 Proof is open from Monday to Saturday. Should you require exclusive use of the venue on a Sunday, please speak with your Event Coordinator to discuss a tailored quotation.
3 DRINKS Our beverage packages include our favourite red, white and sparkling wines, as well as bottled beer and soft drinks. Alternatively, beverages can be charged on consumption. Please refer to our beverage list for consumption prices.
