Our General Manager and Executive Chef will personally meet with you in der to create a menu based on your needs. F parties of 14 fewer you may der right off the menu; Substitutions may be made, however doing so may affect final pricing. We look fward to creating a memable event f you and your guests. THE WINE The Waterside Restaurant and Wine Bar s carefully selected wine list is designed to pair with any special event. Featuring a collection from unique Impt & Domestic producers, the list ranges from casual wines f relaxed evenings, to rare and hard to find vintages. F your enjoyment, the Waterside also stocks many domestic and local craft beer selections. LIQUOR The Waterside Restaurant and Wine Bar features a fully stocked bar, with signature cocktails, f your enjoyment. CUSTOMIZED MENU CARDS The Waterside Restaurant is pleased to design a custom menu card f your special event. GRATUITY & TAX CHARGES A service charge (20%) and applicable state and local taxes (8%) will be added to all food and beverage charges. COST Fully customizable menus start at $23 per person. We offer a range of choices to fit your needs. DEPOSIT Credit card required to book event, Balance due day of event. GUEST COUNT A final confirmation of guests attending, is needed one week pri to the date of your event CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation of event must be done 4 days pri to event, in der to not incur charge. Cancellations within 4 day period will incur a 50% charge MISCELLANEOUS Guests are required to secure management s approval befe bringing in any outside food and/ beverage.
