Remaining 50% balance should be completed 7 days before the actual event date. 50% of the total contract price will be forfeited for any cancellation made 7 days before the event. A maximum of 4 hours service time aside from 4 to 6 hours set-up time should be observed and additional P per waiter for every excess hour shall apply. The management does not allow bringing home of left-overs but in the event that the client insists in doing so, the management will not be liable to any claims pertaining to the freshness and quality of the food since the catered food is good for consumption within the time of service only. Corkage applies. Entrance fees and parking fees will be charged to client. If service elevator is not available, additional 100 per level per level/stair shall apply. Delivery Charge shall apply depending on location. Caterer s fee for Venues will be shouldered by the client.
