You can put together your own menu ideas but here are a few that are popular. China: charger plate, china, stem glass wear, tableware, cloth napkin, and a salt and pepper shake for each table. Full Service: We provide full service; however, tables must be set up when we arrive to add our linens. If we have to set up the tables and chairs, there is a $3.00 per person up charge. Guests go through a buffet station If we have to plate each person s food, there is a $2.00 per person up charge since we have to bring extra waiters.

2 Linens and Centerpieces: We provide full length linens and overlays for the tables. We provide non floral centerpieces If you want an additional meat, add $2.00 per person. Is there a way I can reduce the cost of these meals? If you do not need linens, deduct $1.00 per person If disposable plates and plastic cups are good for your event, you can deduct 1.00 per person We provide one dessert for corporate events since labor cost to us is at a minimum compared to weddings.
