Included in this packet is the full Parrothead weekend schedule, contest rules, parade route, Tent City information, a list of all your dining options, and a SNEAK PEAK at this year s NUDE-A-PALOOZA line up. For those who have hotel or RV space reservations, PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING PRIOR TO ARRIVAL! If you still have a deposit due, coordinate with a member of our friendly front office team as soon as possible. We will make every attempt at ensuring specific accommodation requests are met. It is our goal to anticipate your needs, and provide a level of service unsurpassed. We want everyone to have a fun and safe weekend. 2 Parrothead 2018 Schedule of Events July 26th-29th Thursday, July 26th 12:00pm: Parrothead kick-off pool party with DJ Shawn West Pool 4:00pm: Get a tent spot! Space is limited. WE WILL BE DOING A LOTTERY FOR SPOTS. We will give half the spots away on Thursday and the rest on Friday at noon. The price is $45 for a smoking spot and $35 for a non-smoking spot FOR THE ENTIRE WEEKEND! Playground 7:00pm 11:00pm: Parrothead pool party with DJ Xavier. West Pool (Please, no coolers or outside food or drink at this event!) Friday, July 27th 7:30am 11:00am: Breakfast buffet, only $13.95! 4 Drawing for Tent Spot Opportunities Parrothead Do you want to be close to the action all weekend long? How about exclusive access to your own shady space amongst fellow Parrotheads? Well, most people do! Since these spaces are in short supply, and come at a premium, we will hold a drawing to ensure that everyone has a fair shot at renting one. Should you hold a winning number, the rental prices are: $45.00 for a smoking spot -- or $35.00 for a non-smoking spot This area will be yours throughout the Parrothead weekend! The Rules are as follows: 1. Tent spots will be 10 x You must bring your own chairs. 3. These spots do not include power or water. 4. These are NOT camping spots, so you must leave when the pool closes.(tent may stay in place) The drawing for a spot will take place at the playground on Thursday, July 26th at 4:00pm. The drawing will also take place at the playground on Friday, July 27th at 12:00pm. Remember, SPACE IS LIMITED! YOU MUST BRING YOUR TENT WITH YOU TO THE DRAWING. ONE TICKET PER TENT!!!!

5 Parrothead Contest Rules JELL-O SHOT Friday, July 27th Please bring six of one flavor of your best Jell-O shots to DJ Xavier at the West Pool, anytime between 1:00pm and 3:00pm along with the following information: Your name, address and phone number (and don t forget to tell us the flavors). The winner will be announced at 3:30pm at the West Pool immediately after judging. The winner will receive a FREE dinner for 2 at Lakeside Restaurant! We must have at least 5 contestants for this contest. BODY PAINTING Saturday, July 28th Sign up and paint in the Clubhouse between 10:00am to 3:00pm. You will have until 3pm to get painted up as creatively as you can. Line up for the contest 5 minutes before 3pm. The winner will be announced Saturday at 3:00pm at the West Pool. Adult contestants will compete for a FREE dinner for 2 at Lakeside Restaurant. Child contestants will compete for $10.00 in Cove Coins! We must have at least 5 contestants for this contest. Koozie Painting Sunday, July 29th Come down to Old Cheeks between 12:00pm and 2:00pm, get a Koozie and paint it up to your heart s content! The winner will be announced at 3:30 pm at the West Pool. The best painted Koozie wins a FREE lunch for 2 at Cheeks. We must have at least 5 contestants for this contest.
