Brisket Sliders Thinly sliced brisket served on a soft roll with a delicious mustard BBQ sauce. Tomato Basil and mozzarella cheese plate GF, V Fresh heirloom tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil and truffle balsamic glaze topped with sea salt and black pepper. Rib tips Tender tips that have been smoked for over 6 hours served with house made BBQ sauce. BBQ Chicken wings Fresh, tender, crispy wings smoked over a wood-fired grill and served with Malagueta BBQ sauce. Arepas GF Tender corn flour pocket bread stuffed with your choice of beef, chicken, or pork. Open faced picanha sandwich GF Thinly sliced Picanha served on Pa de Queijo served with chimichurri sauce Fresh leg of pork marinated with cilantro, garlic, red onions, limes, red pepper flakes, white wine and olive oil. Slow cooked for 8 hours until fork tender.
2 Picanha Churrasco This noble sirloin cut is the pride of Brazilian Churrasco. It is rubbed with sea salt and roasted to perfection and thinly sliced. Skirt Steak Churrasco One of the most flavorful steaks and well marbled. It is cooked with sea salt and served with a chimichurri sauce. Beef BABY BACK ribs These large boned beef ribs are rubbed and marinated for 24 hours and then slow smoked for more than 10 hours for fall-off-the-bone goodness. Brisket Slow Smoked We marinate our brisket 24 hours in a secret brine then dry rub with over 11 spices, slow cook in our smokers for over 12 hours, producing a tender flavorful cut of beef that melts in your mouth. Thick cut BBQ bacon Fresh smoked bacon cut into 4 oz. strips, seasoned with Grasslands BBQ spices and grilled over a wood fired broiler. Served with whiskey BBQ sauce. Pulled Pork Chimichurri Fresh leg of pork marinated with cilantro, garlic, red onions, limes, red pepper flakes, white wine and olive oil. Slow cooked for 8 hours until fork tender. Pork flat iron Churrasco This unique cut has the most marbling of all our cuts of pork. It is marinated with fresh lemon, garlic, olive oil, fresh basil and cracked pepper. Brazilian Linguica Churrasco Very flavorful sausage made with pork and veal, fresh fennel, garlic, green onions and parsley. Salmon char grilled with fresh herbs Fresh Pacific salmon marinated with olive oil, shallots, fresh basil, thyme and dill, all cooked over our wood fired grill. Served with fresh garlic aioli. St. Louis Pork Ribs Large meaty ribs that have been seasoned with our dry rub and then slow smoked for over 6 hours. They are finished on our wood-fired grills with spicy BBQ sauce. BBQ Shrimp PLATTER Large gulf shrimp sautéed with Louisiana spices, garlic, trinity and finished with fresh butter.
