1 Breaking you in GINtly Our pick of go-to Gins if, dare we say, you re not a Gin fan! GIN TRAP GIN 40%ABV An easy-going, fruity and Thai-inspired Gin. Sweet Mango and Vanilla carry through into the initial taste, supported by Passionfruit and of course a certain dryness added by Juniper. Served with either Fresh Mango or Vanilla soaked strawberries and tonic BROCKMANS 40%ABV The more traditional notes of Gin are combined with a refreshing influence of citrus and aromatic wild berry. This creates an intensely smooth gin with beautifully crafted taste that is sensual and daringly different. Served with fresh blueberries and raspberries MCQUEENS SWEET CITRUS 42%ABV An abundance of refreshing citrus-y gorgeousness resides within this fab Gin. You re greeted immediately with zesty lemon and orange, followed by tart grapefruit and an underlying hint of Vanilla. Served with fresh strawberries, black pepper and elderflower tonic. PINKSTER 37.5%ABV Distilled in small batches, Pinkster is an award winning, premium Gin. They hand steep fresh, locally grown raspberries in the spirit at the Cambridge HQ. It s delicioulsy dry, with a hint of fruit and an exceptionally smooth finish. Served with fresh raspberries and tonic

2 Unusual Gins Out of the ordinary, unique and unexpected flavoured Gins! UNICORN TEARS: Black Gin Liqueur 40%ABV This magical gin liqueur is bursting with juicy sour citrus, plump spicy juniper berries, fat bouquets of verdant coriander and glistening sticks of liquorice - not forgetting the sparkly fragments of the galaxy that crashed down to Earth to be ingested by these majestic beasts. MOONSHOT GIN 46.6%ABV Every gram of the botanicals used to make this gin was sent into near-space (over 24km) and exposed to an air pressure of less than 1/100th of that at sea level! That's seriously low. In fact, if you were to find yourself above just 18kmh when the fluids in your body would vaporise! Initial nose: Coriander and lemon drizzle cake with subtle pepper adding depth. The taste: Juniper, oleo-saccharum citrus goodness and balancing spice. Served with bitter lemon and tangerine. The overal finish, out of this stratosphere! CORNISH CLOTTED CREAM 42%ABV To create this exciting gin, The Wrecking Coast distillery in Tintagel macerate 12 botanicals in grain spirit for a fortnight before running through a computer controlled istill (no, really). The Cornish clotted cream meanwhile is cold distilled in a vacuum still before the two spirits are blended together! Recommended serves are either neat over ice or with tonic, strawberries and lime.

3 COLLAGIN: The Elixir of Youth 40%ABV Collagin is the beauty drink du jour, with an elegant and refined taste, this unique recipe has stayed true to the principles of a classic gin but with botanicals such as star anise, pink grapefruit, angelic root and orris with the innovative addition of pure collagen. Served best with fresh pink grapefruit and tonic. ZYMURGORIUM SWEET VIOLET GIN LIQUEUR18.7ABV A sweet violet gin liqueur from the inventive Manchester distillers and liqueur makers of The Zymurgorium named after an Ancient Greek mythological figure. Zymurgorium Violet has an incredible parma violet flavour with a good gin presence; it manages to avoid the tendency towards a syrup like viscosity that many gin liqueurs have. The sweet violets used to create this beautiful gin liqueur give it a sweet pastel flavour and provide a strong violet aroma. BAKEWELL GIN 40%ABV Bakewell Gin is an aromatic craft gin distilled at a tiny family-run distillery in the peak district. The gin is made in a small copper pot still using traditional methods and infused with just six botanicals. This is a fab small-batch gin with classic notes of juniper alongside, cubeb, cardamom, sweet gale, hibiscus flowers and of course cherry and almond. The suggested serve is with a tart lemonade and cherry! ABER FALLS ORANGE MARMALADE 41.3%ABV In the small Welsh village of Abergwyngregyn, Aber Falls Distillery is the first Distillery in North Wales for more than a century. Making products that take inspiration from the area s heritage and history, the bottle design features a Triquetra, also known as a trinity knot, inspired by Celtic symbology.the Orange Marmalade Gin uses the intense citrus flavours to perfectly offset the piney juniper, leaving a refined and balanced taste of sweet and bitter orange flavours with a delicious warming aftertaste. MOR IRISH GIN: PINEAPPLE EDITION 40%ABV Pineapple might not be the first flavour you think of when someone mentioned Ireland, but the folks behind Mór Irish Gin will change that for you with the delicious Pineapple Edition of their excellent gin! Featuring an altered botanical selection to complement the addition of pineapple (including lime, bergamot orange and lemongrass), this is an incredibly bright expression bursting with character. Best served with Sicilian lemon tonic.

4 SIPSMITHS LEMON DRIZZLE GIN 40.4%ABV Originally conceived as a nod to the traditional citrus gins of the 1950's, Sipsmith's Lemon Drizzle Gin is made with layered lemon flavours resulting in a sweet, complex gin with a tangy hint of your favourite home baking.this recipe takes a classic London Dry backbone and layers on sweet, sun-dried lemon peels, lemon verbena sweetness on the nose and vapour infused fresh hand peeled lemon for sharp bite and floral notes to dial up the spritz. BAKED APPLE & SALTED CARAMEL GIN LIQUEUR 21%BV A delightful gin liqueur from the Poetic License distillery in Sunderland, made in the team s 500 litre hybrid still (named Gracie!) and using Poetic License Old Tom Gin as a base. Syrupy sweet throughout with a faint Himalayan sea salt bite. Apple strudels dominate the palate, followed by a succulent soft toffee finish. WARNER EDWARDS HONEYBEE GIN 43%ABV This Honeybee gin is infused with luscious local honey and a dollop of golden nectar from their very own hives on Halls Farm. Our second release within our Botanical Garden range, this is our most complex recipe to date, and it s absolutely glorious. A floral and zesty gin with a long, lingering and gently sweet finish, we love it served with Mediterranean Tonic water, and garnished with a slice of lemon and a few sage leaves.! ZYMURGORIUM TURKISH DELIGHT GIN LIQUEUR 20%ABV Zymurgorium Turkish Delight Gin Liqueur is the latest release from the experimental Manchester distillery.this gin-based liqueur (classified as such due to the lower ABV of 20%) features the aromatic, fragrant flavours of Turkish Delight with floral notes of rose petals, light juniper and a touch of mint. With a clean and crisp aftertaste of juniper, this Gin is a must try for gin lovers looking for that little something different. Try with spicier tonics or ginger ale. NAKED MARSHMALLOW VANILLA BEAN GIN 37.5%ABV A small batch gin from the Naked Marshmallow Company, who ve combined their true loves soft and sweet marshmallows and tasty booze. Harking from England, they ve infused small-batch gin with handmade vanilla bean flavoured marshmallows resulting in an intense and unique flavour with hints of salted caramel, cinnamon and juniper, followed by a light creamy finish.

5 SHARISH BLUE MAGIC GIN 40%ABV The Gin Sharish Blue Magic comprises the usual botanicals such as juniper, coriander, liquorice, angelica, lemon peel, ginger, cardamom and cinnamon. However, it is not your average gin thanks to the addition of raspberry and strawberry which ensure a fruitier and sweeter taste. What really distinguishes Gin Sharish Blue Magic from other gins is the Clitoria Ternatea, a flower which gives a unique floral fragrance to your drink and dyes naturally it in blue. Even better, when mixed with tonic, it becomes pink. This gin will impress your friends with its great taste and its colours. MCQUEENS SMOKEY CHILLI GIN 42%BV A very intriguing gin from the McQueen range, produced in Scotland using Chipotle and smoked chilli, along with lime and Bulgarian juniper. Spice and smoke are the core of this expression, though it's well balanced with the sweetness of citrus. Best served with fresh lime, chilli and gingler ale GIN TALES: HOT CROSS BUN GIN 37.5%ABV A beautiful gin infusion with citrus, sultanas and Easter spices. only use fresh, natural ingredients - no added chemicals, sugar or other weird stuff that doesn't belong in your drink. London dry gin Infused with fresh citrus fruits, sultanas, cinnamon and nutmeg. Served with fresh orange and tonic. SPIT-ROASTED PINEAPPLE GIN 40.1%ABV Whole pineapples are roasted on a spit with Demerara sugar until they're gloriously caramelised. That Boutique-y Gin Company then combine this lip-smacking treat with some bold gin, which both cuts through and pairs brilliantly with the sweet, zesty, subtly toasty pineapple. Ta-da - your new favourite summer tipple. Though well-suited to sipping over ice it s just as enjoyable accompanied by tonic. SOLWAYS RASPBERRY RIPPLE GIN 28%ABV A gin-based liqueur from Solway Spirits in Scotland, made with foraged raspberries and their Dry Gin. Gorgeously more-ish with the added subtly of vanilla through the dominent raspberry flavours. Best served with lemonade as a boozy cream soda!

6 Sweet Gins Tried and tested, fruity and flavoursome gins! 5th FIRE 42%ABV The 5th Gin London dry range contains Earth, Water, Air and Fire releases, taking inspiration from the classical elements. Fire is infused with red berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and blackberries) and is coloured to match. Other botanicals include juniper, coriander, angelica, cassia, orris, liquorice, citrus and cardamom. AMPERSAND 37.5%ABV A strawberry-flavoured Spanish gin produced by Osbourne (known worldwide for their extensive selection of brandy). This should be well-suited to enjoying as a classic Gin and Tonic, with the balloon glass, loads of ice, fresh fruit and everything... BLOOM 40%ABV Bloom Gin is a superb London Dry Gin produced by Greenall's and named "Bloom" in reference to the floral nature of its botanicals: honeysuckle, pomelo and chamomile. In 2010 it was awarded a Platinum Medal at the World Spirits Competition. BROCKMANS 40%ABV Delicious gin from Brockmans. This is made with Bulgarian coriander, blueberries and blackberries as well as bittersweet Valencia orange peels. The result is well balanced and full of flavour.

7 BULLARDS STRAWBERRY & BLACK PEPPER 40%ABV Bullards in Norwich have only gone and created their own Strawberry and Black Pepper Gin! Strawberries are included in the distillation as well as being infused in the spirit too, and the black pepper notes add balance to the fruity sweetness. EDEN MILL LOVE GIN 42%BV A gin from a Scottish craft brewer? Yes please. Eden Mill have embraced distilling and are clearly having great fun. This Love Gin is made with juniper, coriander seed and angelica as well as rhubarb root, rose petal, goji berry, elderberry, marshmallow root and raspberry leaf! It's then infused with hibiscus flowers post distillation. EDGERTON PINK 43%ABV A new bottle and a new ABV for Edgerton London Pink Gin. The vibrant pink hue and crisp, citrus-forward flavour profile remains wonderfully intact. Edgerton is made in London using 15 botanicals, including classics like sweet orange peel, angelica and coriander, as well as intriguing Grains of Paradise and damiana. EDINBURGH GIN RHUBARB & GINGER LIQUEUR 20%ABV A warming rhubarb and ginger liqueur from the chaps at Edinburgh Gin. It captures a fine balance between the intense rush of ginger spice and the evocative, almost nostalgic sweetness of rhubarb, (we all feel nostalgic for rhubarb crumble, right? It's not just me?) as well as some classic juniper hints deeper within. EDINBURGH GIN RASPBERRY LIQUEUR 20%ABV A tasty Raspberry-flavoured gin liqueur made in Edinburgh using Scottish Juniper, and other botanicals, and an infusion of delicious, crisp Scottish raspberries. Very good stuff. HOXTON 43%ABV A fresh and fruity gin with an impressive array of ethically-sourced ingredients. Coconut, grapefruit, juniper, iris, tarragon and Ginger are macerated for 5 days before a single distillation in 150 year old copper pot stills to obtain the perfect concentration for blending with grain spirit. Hoxton Gin is then filtered and rested in steel tanks for two months, a longer than usual process which helps integrate the myriad flavours.

8 JINZU 43.5%ABV Jinzu Gin brings English and Japanese traditions together to create an exciting, intriguing spirit. It's made with a blend of English gin (featuring juniper, coriander, angelica, yuzu and Japanese cherry blossom as botanicals) and Sake, which brings a luxurious, creamy mouth feel and a subtle, compelling sweetness to its flavour profile. PINKSTER 37.5%BV First launched in July 2013, 5 botanicals are used to create Pinkster (the "Agreeably British Gin"). The brainchild of Stephen Marsh, Pinkster is made with delicious raspberries which are steeped in the gin, lending it both its pink hue and subtle fruitiness. POETIC LICENSE PICNIC GIN 37.5%ABV The perfect tipple to enjoy while watching Wimbledon? Perhaps, perhaps! Poetic License's Picnic Gin is packed full of strawberries and cream notes - they distill as well as infuse the botanicals to give it an extra burst of fruit, juicy deliciousness. Enjoy with a good floral tonic water, or drizzle a dash over a fruit salad. ROCK ROSE 41.5%ABV On the nose, Rock Rose has a delicate bouquet of rose, mixed with deeper cardamom and a touch of citrus fused into a mouthwatering mix. Tasted neat fruity berries merge with the floral nose to give a full-bodied, rounded gin. Bright, slightly sour notes ping as the juniper comes to the forefront alongside a warming heat. TINY TIPPLE: STRAWBERRY & BASIL 15.4%ABV Made using an old variety of strawberries from Norfolk to ensure full flavour. Fresh basil is added for 24 hours and gives a fantastic fresh flavour. Enjoy in a long glass with lemonade! TINY TIPPLE: GOOSEBERRY & ELDERFLOWER 31%ABV Gooseberries infused with gin for 3 months then blended together with Elderflower gin. Sweeter than the elderflower gin but still a very refreshing tipple

9 WARNER EDWARDS: RHUBARB 40%ABV The Warner Edwards distillers in Northamptonshire have brought us another flavour of excellent gin - they've been rather prolific since they started in 2012, haven't they? This time, they've gone all regal and created Victoria's Rhubarb Gin, which uses a variety of rhubarb originally grown in Queen Victoria's garden, hence the name, as well as their Harrington Dry Gin. They also add just enough sugar to balance out the acidity from the rhubarb, producing a spirit with plenty of sweetness and some subtle, enjoyably sour notes emanate from the rhubarb. LARIOS ROSE 37.5%BV A Mediterranean gin infused with strawberries! This is a variation from Larios, a Spanish gin whose history dates back to the 19th century even if the current name dates from A fruity gin with plenty of strawberry notes supported by citrus and soft juniper. MALFY GIN CON ARANCIA 41%ABV Refreshing citrus sweetness, with a helping of vanilla and a touch of tart grapefruit in the background. A crackle of juniper acts as a foil to the intense orange sweetness. RIVERSIDE PASSIONFRUIT GIN LIQUEUR 20%ABV This gin-based Passion Fruit Liqueur from Riverside Spirits ought to make a wonderful starting point for all manner of refreshing summer quaffs. Pineapple, honey, soft herbaceous notes giving balance to the intense sweetness. BOE PEACH & HIBISCUS GIN LIQUER 20%ABV A fragrant gin-based liqueur from the Boë selection, showing off flavours of peach and hibiscus. Violet petals, juicy plum and a hint of coriander leaf. Underlying notes of juniper and melon develop. THE OLD CURIOSITY LAVENDER & ECHINACEA 39%ABV Not only does it pack a powerfully perfumed profile, it changes colour when you mix it with tonic! Taste - Potpourri, peppercorn, a hint of Turkish delight, perhaps even some heather thrown in for good measure.

EAMERS EMPORIUM: FRUIT ELIXIR 38%ABV From Dr Eamers' Emporium (say it quickly and you'll figure out where the name comes from) comes a cold-compounded gin with a decisively fruit-forward flavour profile. While maintaining the core of juniper notes that keep this is the world of gins, it's complemented by notes of strawberry, raspberry and kiwi! A smashing summer sipper, this one. Jammy red fruit, peppery juniper with a hint of oak developing within, fresh vanilla and cardamom seed MCQUEEN SWEET CITRUS 42%BV An abundance of refreshing citrus-y gorgeousness resides within the McQueen Sweet Citrus Gin, produced up in Callandar, Scotland. You're greeted immediately with zesty lemon and orange, followed by tart grapefruit and an underlying hint of vanilla. THE LAKES: DAMSON GIN LIQUEUR 25%ABV The Lakes Distillery Damson Gin Liqueur is distilled with care and precision in a traditional, handmade copper pot still, where tart damsons are added to the award-winning Lakes Gin to form an eclectic combination, teaming with local ingredients. Oily juniper comes through the sweet, fruity damson notes. A touch of fresh floral notes hides in there too MANCHESTER GIN: RASPBERRY 40%ABV A variation on the Manchester Gin recipe, now featuring an infusion of scrummy raspberries! Nutty juniper developing into soft waves of floral dandelion and lemon. Layers of sweet raspberry notes surround it. EDINBURGH GIN POMEGRANATE & ROSE LIQUEUR 20%ABV A fragrant, lip-smacking liqueur from those wonderful Edinburgh Gin folks, featuring the flavours of pomegranate and rose. Massively refreshing, with sweet red fruit up front followed up by elegant wafts of rose and citrus blossom. ZYMURGORIUM PINK GRAPEFRUIT GIN LIQUEUR 18.7%ABV Bitter sweet and slightly sour fresh grapefruit with a hint of juniper edge, which grapefruit matches so well - perfect for use alongside regular gins in mixed drinks..
