The delivery and in-room catering service are included in the price (except for the Apéro packages). The Catering Packages are fixed and cannot be modified. 4 Apéro/ Snacks Celebrate the end of your meeting / event around a hearty Apéro with handpicked cheese, fresh fruits, and more. Our package items and prices are per person. Orders are to be placed for minimum 10 people. We charge CHF 20 in-room-delivery per 10 people. So if your apéro is for 26 people there will be CHF 60 charged in total for preparation, set-up and delivery. Please take note of the order deadline at the end of the booklet. 5 Drinks & Extras Drinks are billed according to consumption after the event. Any opened bottles as well as coffee, tea, water will also be charged. We charge an extra delivery fee of CHF 20 for refill or extra food that cannot be delivered at the same time as the package items. For example, if you have a breakfast classic package delivered for 09:00am but want a coffee refill at 10:30am, we will charge CHF 20 for the extra delivery. You can also come and get your extra drinks and food by yourself at the bar for no extra costs. Please be aware that extra drinks only concerns the list above. We do not deliver items (eg. cappuccino) ordered at the bar.

6 Order Deadline & Cancellation policy We try to be as flexible as possible. We can make almost everything work if you give us enough time before your event. So this is our only deadline: order your catering at least 3 WORKING DAYS before your event. The same deadline applies for order changes and cancellations.
