15 General terms and conditions Opening hours Info We are happy to serve you from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00. For events outside the normal opening hours, a special offer can be arranged on request. Order placements Please place an order from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 16:00, 72 hours before the event takes place. A lead time of 24 hours is applied for the customer area. For short term orders, there might be a limitation on our offers, due to stock and availability of material Express surcharge For orders made on the same day, we allocate a surcharge of CHF Quote For every order you will get a detailed quote from Sodexo. This is not a binding offer neither for a client not for a contractor. Only after receipt of the offer and delivery of Ariba Purchase Orders by the contracting authority is the confirmation of the order final. Prices All prices listed here are in Swiss francs incl. VAT. The cost of the staffing requirements from our staff will be charged separately if the customer wants service on site. The prices are valid from 1 July We reserve the right to make changes in offers and prices. 14

16 Corkage fee For the wines brought by the customers himself, which are served, cooled and/or provided by SODEXO, we settle a principal plug money of CHF per bottle. Staff costs With our offer you will receive an estimate of the necessary staff hours including preparation and follow-up work of the event. We charge the effective costs incurred. If employees after work cannot return home with the use of the public transport, taxi costs will be invoiced and paid to the employees. Deviation of the number of persons A deviation of +/- persons by more than 10% must be notified to Sodexo at least 24 hours before the event. 17 Minimum sales / administrative expenses Bills with a total amount of CHF will include a surcharge of administration fees of CHF Invoicing Deliveries to the floor In order to keep administrative expenses and cost implications for all concerned as low as possible, Sodexo provides monthly bills by cost centre. On the invoice, i.e. the annex contains the following information: Name of the event (if known), name of the purchaser and order details. Another cost breakdown of the bill is not provided. Events After the event is held, the client receives from the contractor an invoice with detailed listing of services purchased incl. VAT. The invoice must be paid within 30 days without deduction of a cash discount. 16
