11 General terms Order process To ensure a smooth ordering process please pay attention to the following points: The lead time for orders up to 20 people is at least 2 working days The lead time for over 21 people is at least 5working days With short notice orders we will alter your offer according to the possibilities of our kitchen or decline if we have capacity constraints Personnel - and material costs Quantity price in CHF White tablecloths per piece Decorations will be charged according to the effort. Only dishes (without food and drinks) per piece 0.50 Personnel costs outside the opening hours will be charged according to the effort: Events per hour Construction and dismantling per hour Deliveries to meeting rooms will be charged according to the effort flat-rate For big and evening events we will developed an individual offer If an event is cancelled without fault of Compass Group, we will charge the customer for all goods and plus any expenses.
