16 Information CATERING ACCESSORIES Orders of food and beverages come supplied with tableware, glasses, cutlery and napkins. If any accessories are lost or damaged the customer will be held liable for the replacement value. LOGISTICS We make a flat-rate delivery charge of to cover delivery, transportation, collection, and setting up and dismantling the goods ordered by you. If costs exceed this we make a flat-rate logistics charge in line with the nature and size of your business event. SERVICE HOURS The Munich WvS catering team is available on Monday to Friday from 7.30 a.m p.m. (except for public holidays and bridge days). Please allow extra time and contact us if you need catering support outside of our normal working hours. CANCELLATIONS Please note that for cancellations at short notice (2 working days or less before the scheduled delivery) we have to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the value of the goods for the food that has been ordered and, where applicable, processed and which we cannot use elsewhere. CALCUALTION All prices are subject to the addition of the applicable value-added tax. For orders within Siemens AG and Siemens group companies the net prices listed in the catalog will be charged. 16
