This Foodbook is based on actual trends and developments, such as Street Food, local products, international inspirations and specific requirements from ING employees. Experience is key in this food book, every dish is prepared with passion. Fresh green smoothies, richly filled sandwiches, Granola bars or a tapas platter to share with colleagues. For different or additional requirements outside the regular Foodbook please contact the ING FM Service desk can be reached from Monday to Friday from hours on telephone number If you would like to organize an event with different wishes (outside the regular Foodbook) or where customization is needed, then the colleagues of the ING FM Service desk will direct you to the Sodexo Banqueting Service point. Our colleagues will advise you further regarding your specific wishes and requirements. The Sodexo Banqueting Service point can be reached on telephone number or by to Almost all banqueting items can be ordered until 14:00 hours, one day prior the event, with the exception of receptions, dinners, other services and customization; These are in consultation to order. It is possible to have your guests at an event accompanied by a hostess in the ING buildings. We organize this for you with pleasure. This allows you to fully concentrate on the event. 13 The hourly rate for custom made events is 30,38. When we receive your cancelation on time there will be no cancelation fee. In this standard cost we assumed that all required materials (bar furnishings, crockery, glassware etc.) are present on location. Should this not be the case then we will hire them for you and charge the costs to you. If you deviate from the listed minimum order units we will handle a custom price. This is an activity that deviates from the standard items listed in the Foodbook, so all personal requirements that are not in the Foodbook are listed. Orders that deviate from the order time mentioned in the Foodbook can only be carried out in consultation with the Banqueting Service point. Sodexo takes into account the alcohol policy within ING. Alcohol can be served from 16:00. 13
