Clients draw up the menu themselves. -4-

5 SERVED MENU Offered to a minimum of 10 persons. The maximum number of persons is limited by the size of the place where the guests are served. The served menu is usually uniform. If more types of dishes are required, the number of separate main course dishes must be given in the order and each guest will be given a card with a particular dish stated on it. This option of choice is only possible with main course. When agreed on with the client (and taking the speed of the dispensing into consideration), it is possible to substitute the 150 and 200 CZK menus with a so called dispensing system (simple buffet: 1 type of soup, 3 main course dishes including 1 vegetarian, vegetables or vegetable salad). It is a self-catering system with the assistance from chefs who serve the main courses. The number of dispensing stations will be optimized considering the number of guests and the place where the meals are served.
