When choosing your venue please take into consideration your group size, your budget, & the atmosphere you are looking to create. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us. Should you not find what you are looking for in our standard venue options, we are happy to work with you to find a custom location. Step 2: Choose a menu Choose your menu from one of our many apéro, BBQ, or alternative menu suggestions. Please be sure to inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions in your group. (e.g. Vegetarian). Additional menu options are available on request. Step 3: Drinks Unless organized in advance, any drinks beyond what is included in your menu selection must be paid for at the time of your event. Should you wish to include an open bar for your guests please contact us for prices and options. Step 4. Send us confirmation Please fill out the attached request form completely and fax or it back to Outdoor Interlaken and we will send you the completed offer. Please be sure to include any special requests.

2 Restaurant Hirschen Located Next to the Outdoor Interlaken Base, the Restaurant Hischen offers a traditional Swiss setting for simple apéros to full banquet dinners. Option for the outside terrace garden or inside the traditional historic building. Maximum Group Size: 50 Parking: Limited parking at the Hirschen, more parking available at the Matten Ice Rink. Simple Apèro A variety of mixed nuts, crisps, and pretzels. CHF 6.- Platter of local meats. Served with Bread, Miniature spring rolls, Swiss BBQ Salad Buffet, Mixed Salad, Potato Salad, Chicken Breast, Marinated Pork Steak. 3 Balmer s Beer Garden Located next to the Outdoor Interlaken Base the Balmer s Beer Garden offers a great location for apéro and BBQ buffets set in a relaxed international setting. Ideal for groups looking for a young crowd feeling. After event celebrations may continue in the Balmer s Metro Bar, Interlakens number one night club. Maximum Group Size: 50 people Parking: No parking at the venue Parking available at the Matten Ice Rink. 50 m from the Outdoor Interlaken Base.
