2 Introduction M & M Catering are proud to be providing the Hospitality and Beverage Catering Services for the Birmingham and Midland Institute. We are pleased to announce major changes to the existing Services; these include: Beverages Services now includes a choice of Tea and Coffee Services with a choice of china cups and saucers or disposable cups. All Buffets are now prepared on site. For those early morning meetings a choice of Hot Breakfast Lines. For those afternoon meetings a choice of cakes. For the small meetings, instead of a buffet why not provide your delegates with a voucher to choose from the range of products in the Coffee Lounge. Coffee Lounge Provides daily: A wide range of sandwiches on a variety of breads-produced to order, all served with a side salad garnish. A range of Panini s served with a side salad. A chunky fresh soup served with a soft roll. A choice of warm quiches and vegetarian open flans served with a side salad garnish. A choice of cakes, chocolates and crisps. A choice of hot and cold beverages. A Range of Meal Deals Breakfast Meetings Freshly baked Croissants and Preserves 3.20 Freshly baked Danish Pastries 2.75 Bacon or Sausage Baps Vegetarian option available 3.25

3 Beverages Bottled Water Fresh Orange Juice Jugs of Chilled Fresh Orange Juice Price 2.20 per litre Price 2.50 per litre Small Meetings fewer than 30 + delegates Option A A small beverage dispensing machine in the meeting room offering a choice of Tea and Coffee. Drinks are charged according to actual number of drinks dispensed. Price 1.40 per drink. Option B Flasks of Filter Coffee and a Flask of Boiling Water with a choice of teas. Price per Flask of Coffee. Teas charged on usage 1.25 per drink. Option C Flask of Filter coffee and Flasks of Tea Price 1.80 per person per serving. Medium and Large Meetings 30 + delegates Option A Flask of Filtered Coffee - charged at per flask Flask of Boiling Water- with a selection of Teas. Teas charged on usage 1.25 per item used Option B Flasks of Filter Coffee Flasks of Freshly Brewed Tea Price 1.80 per person per serving If a Breakout area is required, the BMI will provide a suitable area at discounted rates. All options come with the choice of either china cups and saucers or disposable cups. Why not add biscuits to your Teas and Coffees at an additional cost of 40p per person per serving.
