We decided on a honest and healthy range of products. 40% of all the products are sourced from businesses that apply CSR (corporate social responsibility). We also use organic and Fairtrade products. In the Netherlands we throw away 800 million tons of food together. Sodexo tries to reduce that as much as possible, as well as the amount of waste. However, we can not do this alone. Therefore a few tips: 1. Do you want to place an order but do not know whether it is too much or too little? Contact us. We are happy to give advice! 2. Do you have last minute changes for a meeting? Pass it on to us, perhaps we can do something else with the ingredients for the lunch you ordered 3. Do you have the opportunity to have lunch outside the lecture room? Gladly. Within the lecture rooms we can only deliver with disposables. 4. Order decanters of tap water instead of pet bottles of mineral water. Page 1

No bitter tasting tea powder. Each teabag gives the quality of loose tea, full and rich in flavor. No oils or flavors: For making the "purest tea in the world" we only use real fruit, flowers and herbs. Organic and Fair Trade: With a passion for people and new experiences, Numi Tea'm travels to the tea-producing countries and sources its tea and herbs directly from the growers. This assures us of the freshest and recently picked in season. Our tea and herbs are certified ORGANIC, Fair Trade, Kosher and Halal Degradable tea bags: Our tea bags are completely biodegradable. We do not follow the trend of 'Silky' the transparent tea bag made of nylon or polyester. These are not degradable. Numi tea bags are fully compostable. Page 3

23 Terms and conditions Order deadlines All orders without service that are ordered before 4 pm we can deliver the next day. Orders with service should be placed 1 week prior to the event. Cancellations Orders can be canceled free of charge until a day prior to the reservation and no later than 4 pm. Cancellations after 4 pm or on the day of reservation can be charged up to 50%. We will give you insight into expenses incurred. Customized activities should be canceled two days prior to the activity. Cancellation of customized activities that are not used in any other way will be charged for 100%. Amendments The number of guests can be adjusted downwards up to three hours prior to the event. With the exception of made food costs, rental equipment or any personnel costs. A lower turnout cannot be adjusted within these three hours. The previously specified number is binding. Meeting- & lunchservices The order is served approximately 10 minutes prior to the meeting. Coffee and tea is provided in thermos flasks or kettles, water in water carafes and soda s in cans or bottles. We use porcelain crockery and glassware. In a lecture halls/rooms or the church hall we use durable disposable dinnerware. On request it is possible to provide disposables. Lunches can be ordered in the space you specify. If full service is desired, please contact our banqueting department. Beverage packages or receptions For all beverage packages, we assume an average duration of 1.5 hours. Beverage packages are provided only with service, except for the cocktail cart.
