3 Project Overview Everyone knows that America Runs on Dunkin. And now, there s a home that actually runs on recycled Dunkin coffee grounds too. To show people how Dunkin Donuts home brew coffee can help every home run smoothly. The main focus of this project is to create a home that is powered by recycled coffee grounds, highlighting a sustainable fuel which was made from 65k pounds of coffee grounds that was headed to a landfill. Another area that this project shines a spotlight on is the efficiency of a small living space that can be enjoyed in a lovely setting. The home was specially designed to have all the luxuries and amenities of a normal home in just 275 sq. feet. 3

4 The Home Staying in the home will be just as interesting as running the home off coffee grounds. It will be comfortable and in one the most picturesque locations in the Boston Area. The goal of the home is exist with nature and reinforce sustainable living. Visitors will enjoy: Chef s kitchen with high end appliances and a farmhouse sink Full-size, designer bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and washer/dryer King-size bed Living room for two and cozy coffee nook Full-size cedar deck Modern finishes like subway tile, slate countertops, solid walnut floors, reclaimed wood siding and shiplap 4

5 Project Details - The Production - Hill Holliday / Element The first week we are on location, Hill Holliday and Element will be filming content in and around the home. The plan is to capture footage of the interior and exterior and then 1 talent in the home. 5 Only two days of planned filming that will have crew involvement on the property. Film crew size will be small on production shoot day - approx. 7 people + Client representatives. Location Fee $10, for the time frame of Oct 8 - Nov 13 The production will be covered and fully insured.

6 Project Details - The Stay - Big Fish Staying in the home will be a unique opportunity for a few fans of the Dunkin at home brand. The Home will be available on Airbnb on a first come first served basis, with limited windows to stay the night. The home will feature several local recommendations for places to go and things to do while spending the night in the home. We would like to place a Tiny House on the beautiful piece of property at Lodge Park for a little over 1 month. Bring the home in on October 8th and then remove the home around Nov. 13th. The home will have people come to stay. 1-2 guests at a time for approx. 1-2 days/nights at a time. We will have someone come in and clean the home and turn it over for the next occupant. This home, designed to be as sustainable as possible, including a compost toilet. This would be emptied periodically throughout the month as necessary - because of this, the home doesn t require the same black water pumping that most motorhomes/trailers do. As a result, this home is more efficient and able to function off the grid. Gray water is managed like a motorhome - it is pumped into an internal tank which is pumped, removed, and processed off-site. 6

7 Project Details - The Dates Here is how we plan to open the home to guests, when they will be on site. The plan involves two night stays and a cleaning day turnaround. Guests will arrive in the afternoon and leave by noon, as if it were any other rental property.
