These ladies are all smiles after their a.m. workout! Now they have enough energy to take on the day! In order to refuel, you have to relax. What better way than enjoying a moment like these two? At the BAOAC, we put music to our troubles and dance them all away. (858) Out & About brings together older adults with early stage Alzheimer s and other related forms of Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) for weekly adventures and experiences.
