Bridge Card Game Mondays at 1:30 in the Dining Room Brain Games Wednesdays at 2:00-3:00 in the Dining Room. Class involving fun games, conversation, healthy snacks, light exercise and of course your brain! A stretching and strengthening class using stretch bands. Finger Rug Hooking is on Mondays 3:30 to 5pm, Learn simple rug hooking techniques with yarns and various materials. Gentle Yoga classes are meeting Mondays from 10:00 to 11:00 and Fridays at 10:45 to 11:45. Jewelry Making Class Mondays, 2:00 to 3:30, Make beautiful jewelry. Life Story Writing on Mondays a fun class encouraging members to record the events of their lives. Living with Chronic Pain Wednesdays, 1:30 to 3:30pm in the small Confer Rm... Matter of Balance, 1:30 3:30 in the Dining Room. It will continue for 8 weeks every Thursday. Must be able to attend at least 6 of 8 weeks. Medicare, Open clinic Tuesdays and Thursdays 9-2,Seniors Health Insurance Information Program (SHIIP) One Mile Walk meets Wednesdays 10:45 12:00 Sit and Be Fit includes strength training and walking. The class meets on Tuesdays, 3:00 3:40 in the activity room. and Friday at 3:45 in the activity room. Take Control Oct. 9, Tuesday, in Dining Room, Nutrition Program for Adults Tai Chi classes will continue to meet Mondays & Wednesdays at 9:00 and 1:00 for a one hour class in the activity room. Tai Chi Ball Workout Will meet Fridays at 2pm in the Activity Room with Reesa Boyce. TaijiFit/Mindfulness will meet on Fridays, at 1pm in the activity room.
