Lean ham (97-99 % Fat Free) b. Baked Chicken C. Chef Salad 3. Sugar free, low fat or fat free desserts are available each meal. 4. A MEAL CONSISTS OF ONLY 6 ITEMS, ONE ENTRÉE, ONE DESSERT, AND CHOICE OF ANY OTHER 4 ITEMS: ONE ENTREE (MEAT) STARCH VEGETABLE SALAD ONE DESSERT ONE BEVERAGE (ONE JUICE OR MILK) AND BREAD 5. Coffee, Tea, Punch, bread, onions, relish, dressing, lemons, butter and crackers are not counted as meal items.

6 7. Meal hours for the Main Dining Room are as follows: 10:30-11:30 A.M. Tray Service is ONLY for those who cannot carry their tray. 11:30 A.M. 1:15 P.M. Cafeteria Style Service. 12:30-1:15 P.M. Tray Service Residents that were unable to come to the tray service at 10:30 may come through the serving line at this time. Staff members will assist you. 8. MAKE UP MEALS : Are available Sunday to the next Sunday. Menu A. You may ask a guest to join you that week. (no one on a meal exemption) B. You can go back through the line after 1:00 p.m to get make up meals. C. You may get either a meal or 6 juice, 6 milk, 6 yogurt or 6 fruits.
