23 How to Order 1 It s so easy!! Simply me on info@pixiecaterers.co.za or pixiecaterers@gmail.com me the following info: * Your chosen products * Your name and contact info * Your Party Date and Time *Amount of children invited to the party. *Your party theme 2 Once i have received the necessary info I will send you an invoice for your chosen Items. Once we have received your payment your order with Pixie Caterers will officially be booked. You can pick up your order from us in Riviera or we can deliver to you. Delivery fees apply. Orders must be placed a minimum of 3 weeks in advance. You can also reach Pixies on

24 The nitty gritty T s & C s Pixie caterers provide a service to our client to prepare and organise parties for a pre-arranged amount of guests at the client's home or where required at other suitable venues. BOOKINGS We take preliminary bookings either by phone or , which must be con rmed by paying the 50 percent deposit (see cancellations), which is banked and deducted from the total price of the party... We reserve the right to book another party over the preliminary booking if the deposit has not been paid within the timescale required... The Final balance must be paid 7 days prior by cash or EFT... Pixie Caterers will not be held responsible for any cash deposit payments being lost in the post (Please do not send cash in the post)... All bookings will be con rmed upon receipt of deposit. We do not accept cheques. Should your party be booked in the same week as the party, full payment must be made within a speci ed time. Final number of guests attending your party should be con rmed 14 days in advance. TERMS We aim to ensure that all descriptions in our brochure are accurate. We will notify you of any changes before you con rm your booking... Pixie Caterers reserves the right to alter or withdraw any party or service. All prices are subject to change at any time with the exception of con rmed bookings. There may be additional travel/delivery costs outside our area; these will be con rmed at time of booking. Please note we are unable to provide any refund for bad weather so please consider covered venues or a contingency plan.

25 The nitty gritty T s & C s CANCELLATIONS Should Pixie Caterers have to cancel any bookings due to unforseen circumstances, a full refund of any monies paid will be given and we will endeavour to satisfy the clients requirements wherever possible. Should clients wish to cancel an order, the 50 percent deposit will only be refunded if the cancellation is 4 weeks or more from the party date... Any cancellations within 4 weeks of party date will not be refunded. LIABILITY The parent or caregiver is responsible at all times for the general supervision of children within the party venue whether at home or at any other premises, for the supervision of exits, and for ensuring that children only leave the party venue with their own parent or guardian... Our responsibility is strictly limited to the supervision of party activities provided by us. Pixie Caterers take the upmost care to ensure the safety of all party guests, we only use high quality products and follow strict hygiene routines. Liability cannot be taken for reactions or injury sustained whilst attending a party or thereafter... All allergies, ailments, infestations or viruses of guests or clients, which may affect the party in any way, must be reported prior to the party date.
