Provisional reservation will be held for 2 weeks until deposit is received deposit is required to confirm booking. 3. A further is required 3 months prior to the event. 4. On receipt of invoice one month prior to the event, 100% of estimated final charges to be paid. *N.B. The Club retains an extensive wine list and it does not encourage those using the premises to provide their own wine. In the event that an individual insists on using their own supplier, corkage will be charged at per bottle for wine and per bottle for champagne.

6 CONDITIONS OF BOOKING 1. Any person wishing to book the facilities of Addington Palace Golf Club will be granted social membership of the Club for the day of the event and that person must be present throughout the function. 2. The booking member is responsible for the good conduct of the members of the party whilst on the Club s premises, and will be liable for any damage caused by any member of his/her party to the Club premises, property and personnel. The Client must ensure that that no member ventures on the golf course including putting green at any time. This could be dangerous and the Club accepts no responsibility for any injury caused to guests breaching this condition. Children are welcome but must be kept under strict supervision at all times. 3. No fireworks are allowed and no confetti may be thrown in the Clubhouse or anywhere on the grounds. By prior agreement confetti may be thrown for official photographs only. The Client will be advised where photographs may be taken. 4. The Club is non-smoking. Anyone attending the function, who wishes to smoke, must do so in the area immediately adjacent to the Clubhouse where they will find suitable receptacles in which to extinguish cigarettes. We would ask that the booking member ask any smoker to use the receptacles and not to dispose of cigarette butts on the ground. 5. Where the function includes live or recorded music, this must stop at midnight. 6. The bar will close at midnight. All guests must have vacated the premises by 12.30am. 7. The Club has the right to refuse to serve alcohol to any persons under the age of 18 and our bar staff have the right to ask for proof of age. 9. Addington Palace Golf Club does not accept liability for any items stored or left on the premises. 10. A deposit of is payable at the time of booking. Deposits are non refundable except where cancellation is received in writing or by no less than six months prior to the event. Cheques made payable to APGC Ltd, bank transfer to account number sort code using your surname and event date as a reference. 11. The Customer must tell Addington Palace Golf Club not less than 30 days prior to the event the confirmed number of guests attending. If notice of a reduction in the number of places is received less than 14 days prior to the event we regret that it will be necessary to charge for meals in full.
