1 PRIVATE FUNCTIONS AT WALMER & KINGSDOWN GOLF CLUB Situated on top of the White Cliffs the clubhouse enjoys stunning views down to Kingsdown Beach and out across the English Channel to France. The spacious clubhouse houses a restaurant and fully stocked licensed bar. Functions for up to 120 guests (seated) can be easily accommodated and the Club also benefits from ample free parking. Additional evening guests would also be welcome. OVERVIEW

2 Whether you want to hold a Wedding Reception, Family Celebration such as an Anniversary, Christening or Birthday Party, Business Seminar or Memorial, Walmer & Kingsdown Golf Club is a perfect venue for your function. EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES DISPLAY: ENTERTAINMENT ROOM LAYOUT We have a 40 television with HDMI interface and laptop connection if you wish to display a video or slide show to enhance your function. If you would like to arrange entertainment for your function, please discuss details with the Stewardess. You can have tables set out in whatever configuration you wish and, of course, we can provide extra tables for Wedding Cakes, Presents etc. If you wish to decorate the room we do ask that all decorations are removed at the end of the function. Again, please discuss your plans.

3 BAR As stated we have a full stocked licensed bar with a wide range of products. If there is anything that you specifically wish that we don t stock please ask in advance and we will endeavour to source that product. We can run a bar tab for your function, either for the whole event or, upto a pre-agreed amount. RECEPTION DRINKS You may have a separate reception drinks table set up for your guests. To ensure that we meet your guests requirements we do not set a limit of one glass per person so, as a guideline, prices are as follows:- Champagne 5.95 per glass Bucks Fizz with Champagne 4.95 per glass Prosecco 3.95 per glass Bucks Fizz with Prosecco 2.95 per glass Pimms garnished with fruit and mint 3.25 per glass

4 WINE We have a comprehensive wine list with wines supplied by Andrews Beers & Mineral Co. In addition to the standard wine list we also offer a number of Connoisseurs Wines for that special occasion. If there is anything you require that is not on the list, again, we will endeavour to source it for you. We can also set up a separate wine table for your guests with an agreed number of bottles so you can keep control of costs. Soft drinks, such as jugs of fruit juice and mineral water, can also be added to that table. Please see a copy of our extensive wine list below
