4 APPROACHING THE VENUE, A SPECTACULAR SCENE IS SET: HUGE MONKEY LIONS STAND GUARD, ILLUMINATED BY FIRE PITS AND SCONCES, AS YOU ENTER THROUGH TOWERING DRAPES TO REVEAL THE HOTTEST VENUE IN TOWN. As your guests enter, they will be awestruck by our spectacular ancient sandstone atrium soaring above them. Here, ancient Egypt and Sudan meet the hanging gardens of Babylon a wonder straight out of the ancient world! Giant pharaohs, hieroglyphics, vines and trailing plants provide additional drama in this majestic space, while in the centre lies an oasis, complete with fountain, palm trees and banquette loungers, ready to be discovered. Drapes in jewel tones of lapis, indigo, turquoise, malachite, ochre and carmine provide a decadent opulence. On the mezzanine above, guests are transported straight to Marrakech, surrounded by hanging lamps, chaise longues, footstools and cushions with authentic hookah, sumptuous wall hangings and drapes evoke the sights and sounds of a Moroccan Riad. 5 DRINKS RECEPTION Enter into our drinks reception where a giant chandelier hangs from the ceiling and shots of iced vodka are poured to enchanted guests below, whilst delicious morsels are offered from the stalls, street hawkers and traders. A giant shimmering igloo bar sits under the stars and our talented bar tenders serve the crowds Champagne, cocktails, icy beers, wines and spirits, whilst illuminated by the soft glow of the Northern Lights. Marvel at our stunning main bar inspired by the zen gardens, Geisha and temples of Kyoto. Here, beautiful black lacquer bars are overhung by Japanese cherry blossom trees and decorated with lanterns, flags and intricate origami cranes. TABLE DRINKS PACKAGE Avoid queuing at the bar and have our recommended selection of wines waiting for you on your table. UNLIMITED DRINKS WRISTBANDS If you would like to provide drinks for your guests throughout the party, this package entitles each guest to unlimited bottled beer, house wine and soft drinks for the duration of the evening. Must be purchased by the whole group. SPIRIT ADD-ON VOUCHER Treat your guests to the all-inclusive party experience: our spirit add-on voucher is used in conjunction with the Unlimited Drinks Wristband and entitles the bearer to 5 single shots of spirits in addition to the wristband package. AFTER-DINNER DRINKS CHEST Kick off your after-dinner celebrations in style with a bottle of house spirit of your choice accompanied by two mixers, crushed ice, lemons and limes, all delivered to your table with 10 glasses. CHEESE AND BISCUITS A selection of English cheeses with artisan biscuits and homemade ale chutney. VIP RECEPTION A specially reserved area for a minimum of 50 guests to enjoy the drinks and canapé reception. 14 WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE? Our guests love getting dressed up and it really adds that extra special feeling to the night, so get your party outfit out and smarten up! Absolutely no jeans, trainers or sportswear will be allowed but black tie is more than welcome. HOW DOES THE BOOKING PROCESS WORK? You can provisionally book tickets for 10 days during which a deposit of 20 pp +VAT is required to confirm the booking. If we haven t received the deposit within 10 days, your tickets will be released. The remaining balance needs to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to the event. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM BOOKING? All bookings must be for a minimum of 8 people. CAN WE ADD PEOPLE ONTO OUR BOOKING? You can add people onto your booking up to two days before your Christmas party, provided that we have space available on the evening. WHAT HAPPENS IF WE CANCEL A TICKET? IS THE TICKET REFUNDABLE? Deposits are non-refundable and nontransferable. Cancellations can only be made by the party organiser. Any refunds due are based on the date of cancellation. We regret no refunds are due if you cancel less than 14 days before your event date. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information on our cancellation policy. HOW DO I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENTS AND BOOKING FROM YOU? All our correspondence is via so you receive everything from us in the most efficient way possible. ARE UNDER 18 S ALLOWED TO COME? Guests aged 16 and 17 are welcome provided they are accompanied by an adult, who is responsible for them. We operate a strict policy regarding underage drinking, which is not permitted under any circumstance. DO I NEED TO ORDER MY CANAPÉS? No, canapés are served during the reception. CAN I PICK MY OWN MENU? Sadly not. While we aim to cater for different dietary requirements, we re afraid due to the number of guests we host each night, we cannot offer more options than those shown on the menu page. A MEMBER OF MY PARTY HAS A FOOD ALLERGY, WHAT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THEM? No problem! We aim to cater for all allergies so simply let us know the specifics a minimum of 4 weeks prior to your party date and we ll get in touch to discuss. CAN WE PRE-ORDER DRINKS? WHAT DO THE WRISTBANDS/ VOUCHERS INCLUDE? Yes. The drinks options we have listed within this brochure provide a hassle-free option for ordering drinks and we highly recommend pre-orders are made prior to the event in order to ensure your evening runs smoothly. Some packages are unavailable to purchase on the night and all pre-orders must be made four weeks prior to the event. We do have a bar on the evening that accepts cash, credit and debit card, plus it is possible to set up a tab on the night. HOW ARE THE TABLES ARRANGED? Our tables seat between 8-12 people. Larger groups are accommodated over more than one table although you will only ever be seated with people in your party and we do not mix groups. We have a limited number of tables to seat groups of 14 which are allocated on request. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS? Your tickets will be sent out around 2 weeks before your event, assuming we have received your final balance payment. IS THERE CAR PARKING? There is free car parking directly in front of the venue and a number of public pay and display car parks (free after 5pm) in Battersea Park. BY CAR Please ensure you drive into the park via the Chelsea Gate entrance, situated on Queenstown Road next to Chelsea Bridge. Please note, if you are using a Sat Nav device to reach the venue, please use SW8 4NW for directions to the vehicle access point. BY COACH With extensive space in front of the venue, it is possible to arrange private coaching and/or shuttle buses for your guests to and from the venue.
