2 THE CATERING TEAM Thank you for expressing an interest in using Priorslee Lounge & Bar for your event. Our venue is the perfect option for private meetings, training events, functions, weddings, wakes and BBQs. All dietary requirements are catered for, please confirm at the time of booking. All of our prices are exclusive of VAT and subject to availability and seasonal variation. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information regarding the services we offer. Thank you. FEATURES: Capacity - Our event space can accommodate for 150 people for bar use only. Seating can be provided for people pending on the menu choices and type of service required. Costs - There is no hire fee for daytime use Monday to Friday, 09:00 17:00. For evening and Saturday use there is a minimum spend of on food or for bar only bookings (inc. VAT). Deposits will be required to confirm bookings. Food - A menu for your event can be arranged with buffet options. We do not allow outside catering on site. Please let the Manager know if you have any dietary requirements as menus can be adjusted to support those requirements. Drinks - An extensive selection of beers, wines, and spirits are available. Bar Times - Last drink orders are called at 23:00. A late license is available until 01:00 at an additional cost of Decoration - Early access for decorating can be arranged, please contact the Manager to confirm your needs. Whilst decorations can be used, the use of blue-tack and sellotape is restricted due to potential damage to the walls. Entertainment - All events are allowed to use their own arranged entertainment services, for example through an MP3 player or another music system. Alternatively, a DJ can be booked by event organisers themselves if they wish to. Access - There is a ramp for wheelchair access with access to disabled toilets. Accommodation - On campus, there is modern ensuite accommodation equipped with free Wi-Fi and free on-site parking. Please book your room through the following link: 1

A range of rooms are available starting at for single and from 50 for brand new, premium double room with breakfast services available too. Arrival check in is from 3pm and departure check out is by 10am. All of our rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi and there is free onsite car parking available. 11 CLIENT TESTIMONIALS READ OUR CLIENTS THOUGHTS ABOUT OUR SERVICES The accommodation was comfortable and the staff looked after us really well - an impressive venue. On the staff, I would say that they were very accommodating and had a lovely can do attitude - I asked the catering staff a couple of times for things (e.g. bucket for the raffle) and they just calmly went away and sorted it out. When Pamela Butchart arrived very late, the Reception staff were lovely - one of them even walked her over to the accommodation because he didn t want her to be walking on her own. I have nothing but praise. Whatever I asked for was dealt with immediately and at no time did anybody say sorry we can t do that. The catering manager ran a very tight ship - and I thought the food was excellent. On Friday the gentlemen shifting the boxes were so pleasant. As for Karen I found her very professional and helpful throughout the weekend. Everything ran very smoothly and all the staff I met were very accommodating. Feedback from the Federation of Children s Book Group Firstly and most importantly thank you for your hard work yesterday. The venue and food had good scores. I especially would like to thank Jamie who as you know we think is magic also the catering team who were both professional and friendly. They dealt with the large number of delegate very efficiently and we are very grateful. The conference was a great success and due in no small part to yourself and your team. Education and Training Department - Compton Hospice I would like to note that the room, facilities, food and service was of a very high standard and we shall use this service again for future meetings.
