1 the O C T O B E R NEWSCOMER CITRUS NEWCOMERS CLUB, CITRUS COUNTY, FLORIDA z The President s Message z Hi Ladies, Welcome back to all of you who are returning from the north, east, or west. I am looking forward to seeing familiar faces and meeting new members as we journey together through this year. I realize it is only October, but it is a fantastic time to start your holiday shopping and beat the last minute rush. If you are looking for that special gift or something special for yourself, our luncheon program this month can help you. It is our members Craft Fair. Be sure to look at each and every table so you don t miss anything! There will be many unique and tasteful items to see, admire, and hopefully buy. For your seating convenience at the luncheon, there will be 3 tables reserved as mixer tables. You will see a reserved sign on these tables. If you would like to sit with different people each month or are new to Newcomers and want to connect with other new members, these tables will be a good choice for you. After you get your name tag, just go to one of these tables and sit down. You no longer have to draw a number to determine which table to join. It is your choice! As always, I would like to remind you that to get the most out of Newcomers, you have to participate. The more you participate, the more you enjoy Newcomers. Be sure to check out the many activities planned for you to enjoy and start having fun. The special interest groups are a fantastic way to meet people in smaller group settings. We have provided lots of choices for you. All we need now is you! Join in the activities and fun! Sharon
