1 2009 Golf Outing Packages Whitford Country Club is proud to boast one of the premiere facilities for golf outings. Located in Exton, PA, Whitford Country Club is easily accessible from Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware and Lancaster Counties. From our William Gordon designed Championship Golf Course, to our beautiful and charming Clubhouse, we offer the finest in facilities and staff to make your event most memorable. Our Head Professional, Michael Ladden began as the Head Professional at Whitford Country Club in Michael was born in Portland, OR and grew up in Berwyn, PA. He began his golf career playing at Waynesborough Country Club, where his family was a member. He then attended the University of Delaware on a golf scholarship. Michael came to Whitford after spending five years at Philadelphia Country Club as an Assistant Golf Professional. He is married to Laura Hammond Ladden and they have a son Jake. Our Golf Course Superintendent, Kris Givens, has held course maintenance positions at Merion Golf Club and Pine Valley. Kris holds his degree in Turf Management from Penn State University Our General Manager, Ron Rottmann joined the team in He brings with him over 20 years of club management experience, and an attention to detail that is unparalleled. He has planned and carried out events at Brandywine Country Club in Wilmington, Delaware and Hunt Valley Golf Club in Maryland. Our Executive Chef, John Ingram, has planned menus and has prepared an array of meals for events of all sizes at such prestigious locations as the Dilworthtown Inn and The Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia.
