From our exotic menu, excellent wait staff, décor, tropical drinks, and our Savvy Caribbean Vibe, we can provide the perfect setting for your next fun filled hot and spicy event. The Rhum Loft at Negril Village is a flexible event space capable of accommodating up to 150 guests. The Rhum Loft is the perfect space to accommodate Private Diners, Screenings, Business Luncheons, Listening Parties, Cocktail Mixers, Wedding Receptions, Etc. Use the following options as a guide to help plan your next event. Our Event Planner will help tailor a package to your needs. Things To Know: A 50% deposit and signed contract is required to reserve a private space. Final guest count is due 72 hours prior to the event start. Payment for the minimum guaranteed guests is required regardless of the final count. Menu selection must be completed no later than two weeks prior to the event. Menu accompaniments and sauces are subject to change seasonally. Any remaining balance must be paid at the conclusion of the event, one payment only. Parties with less than 25 guests may guarantee a reservation with a reservation agreement. A reservation agreement does not guarantee a specific space. The Rhum Loft features: Full Bar Full Kitchen Audio/Video Connections DJ connections 50! LED/ Projection Screen *Advance notice of AV equipment required. AV equipment should be tested 1 week prior to event. DVD recommended for customized projections, slide shows etc. Dj s turnables/decks required for DJ setups. DJ will need XLR or 1/4 in connection to feed music to the house system. In some instances, a technician may be required for more advanced AV event setups.
