9 Let s PARTY. Below are common questions when it comes to booking your next event at Hard Rock San Antonio Am I allowed to bring my own music/ provide my own DJ? Absolutely! Please let us know in advance as we d need to speak with your entertainment about the noise policy for San Antonio River Walk. Do you have a Sound System on this level? We don t have one built in BUT we can rent one for you! The price varies on your sound needs and will be added to your event invoice. Pricing does not include 8.25% Tax or 20% Admin Charge. Tax and Admin Charge will be reflected on invoice. Minimum is for a 3 hour event. Once Food and Beverage has been established, remaining monies will go towards labor and rental fee. Area rentals are additional.
