The suite can be divided into 6 individual bays, each with its own air-conditioning unit. The Alexander Suite can hold 320 guests for a dinner or 300 guests with staging incorporated. State-of-the-art technology is utilised with colour changing chandeliers, wireless internet and a top of the range sound system. Dimensions: L: 66 (20.1m) W: 59 8 (18.2m)

With a capacity of up to 30 people it makes the ideal space for private dining for birthday parties, Christmas parties or just simply as a meeting place. Wifi: Linen: Projector: Screen: Dimensions: Complimentary White, Cream or Black L: 25 (7.7m) W: 18 (5.5m) The Bryn-y-Mor is equipped with a screen, air-con and complimentary Wi-Fi. 13 page 12 Afternoon Tea Afternoon Tea Afternoon tea includes: ~ A selection of delicious cakes including scones with jam and clotted cream ~ A selection of homemade finger sandwiches with a variety of fillings ~ Individual Welsh cheese & onion quiche ~ Served with your choice of tea or coffee Afternoon tea is available at 13.95pp Afternoon tea is an ideal way to celebrate a birthday or special occasion. Champagne or Prosecco can be added to your afternoon tea to give it that added sparkle. Afternoon tea is served daily from 12noon - 6pm in the Conservatory*. Man tea is also available offering a more hearty selection. Room hire starts from 35 if you require exclusivity. *Subject to availability

14 page 13 Sunday Lunch Sunday Lunch ~ Ideal for special occasions such as Mother s Day, Father s Day & Easter - Choice of 2 or 3 courses - Served in the Alexander Suite or Samphires - Children eat half price, children under 3 eat free Join us on Sundays for a mouthwatering Sunday Lunch Carvery with all the trimmings. All of our roasts are served with a selection of freshly prepared potatoes and vegetables from the carvery. Our carvery selection changes weekly. Also available are a delicious selection of starters and desserts. Sunday Lunch 2 course pp Sunday Lunch 3 course pp Sunday Lunch is available every Sunday from 12-2pm. Booking in advance is essential.

15 page 14 Accommodation Accommodation Stradey Park Hotel offers guest bedrooms of the following room types: Twin/Double Rooms 66 Luxury rooms 3 Family 6 Disabled 4 Executive Suite 3 Stradey Park Hotel is a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence winner. Wrap yourself up in the luxury of individually styled accommodation, as you lay claim to one of 80 rooms across our gracious Edwardian mansion hotel in Llanelli. All accommodation is inclusive of a full Welsh breakfast which is either served in the picturesque Samphires Restaurant or the Alexander Suite. Preferential rates are available for people attending functions at the hotel.

16 page 15 FAQ s I m organising a charity event, do I get any discounts? We offer free room hire for charity events, a complimentary room for the organiser and work with you to create a menu within your budget. Registered charities only. No deposit is required for charity events. Can we bring our own drink/do you offer corkage? We don t offer corkage and alcohol must be purchased on the premises. What do I need to do to book an event? We can provisionally hold a date for 14 days but the hotel reserves the right to release that date until confirmed with a deposit. Full payment is required one week before the event including final numbers and menus. Can we bring cake in? You may bring in cake for a special occasion, we will be happy to provide you with a cake stand and knife. What time can we have entertainment until? In the Alexander Suite you can have live music until midnight and playback (DJ) until 1am. In Samphires you can have playback until midnight. Is it possible to arrange a viewing? You are more than welcome to come in and see the facilities, speak to one of our event coordinators and chefs regarding menu should you wish to do so. We have booked an act, is there a changing area?, a changing area will be provided for your entertainment free of charge. Would we be able to sample the wine before the event?, a wine tasting session can be arranged prior to your event. Would you be able to store items for us after the event? We can store items but they must be collected within the time frame allocated by your event organiser. Items are left at the owners risk, the hotel cannot accept responsibility for any damage sustained. Will my party be entitled to a discount on accommodation? Any party booking a function or event at the hotel will receive our preferential rates, please speak to your event coordinator for our current preferential rate. Can we set up a tab? You can set up a tab on presentation of your credit card details. Will we be able to have a fireworks display? Unfortunately due to health and safety issues we cannot host firework displays unless you obtain a permit from Carmarthenshire County Council. Can I courier a package to the hotel before my event?, you can send packages related to your event and we will hold them for you until collection. Can we hire third party companies into the hotel?, we are happy to work with other companies such as chair covers, entertainment, and room decorators. Entertainers must have PLI (Public Liability Insurance) and will be asked to present this before set up. We do not allow outside catering companies. We have a resident DJ and we are happy to recommend local suppliers to suit your event. Will there be enough parking spaces? We have ample car parking spaces including three disabled spaces in the top car park which can be reserved upon request. Our car park is free of charge. Do you cater for celiacs, vegetarians and vegans? We cater for all of the above, we also try and cater for any other intolerences or preferences. We would ask for 24 hours notice before your event to ensure we have the necessary ingredients.
