Discover a moveable feast of street food eats from freshly shucked oysters to bao, gozleme and desserts, bars, live music and market stalls. With a stage and LED screen, along with breakout spaces, the possibilities are endless! Perfect for conferences with a difference, weddings, product launches and corporate social gatherings. THE BACKYARD FULL VENUE 400 COCKTAIL 200 SIT DOWN The Backyard can be hired out in full for special occasions. The space features a stage for speeches or live performances, projector screen, a bar, seating and our custom three-metre wood fired barbecue grill.

4 THE PADDOCK THE GALLERY (18+ only) BAROQUE BOOTHS SIT DOWN DINING DEPOT DECK PAX 6-20 PAX 4-30 PAX PAX A balcony space overlooking the main stage, renovated shipping containers have been given new life with street art, astroturf and pallet seating. A perfect gathering space for engagements, VIP events, birthdays, corporate functions or a romantic dinner. Perfect for smaller gatherings, the Baroque Booths are located within the live music space on ground level of The Paddock. Perfectly situated close to a bar, with reseved tables and chairs. The Gallery s sit down dining rooms have been created in upcycled shipping containers. With vertical garden feature walls, street art and long dining tables, it is the perfect space for sit down dining. The Depot Deck sits at the back of the Paddock with a direct view of main stage. Perfect for a cocktail or sit down event with the opportunity for a private bar and food servery.

14 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS HOURS OF OPERATION NightQuarter is open every Friday and Saturday from 4:00pm-10:00pm. The venue can be hired outside of standard operating hours for bespoke events. AUDIO AND ENTERTAINMENT Live music is programmed at NightQuarter for for your enjoyment. Unfortunately we cannot accomodate speeches or amplified noise during performances, however there is a period between 4:00pm-5:45pm for presentions and speeches with audio. THEMING We can supply custom theming packages for your function. Your function space can be accessed between 3:00pm-4:00pm on the day of your event for theming with prior arrangement with your function coordinator. TRANSPORT Free parking is available at the Helensvale Westfield. Helensvale train and bus station is located across the road from NightQuarter. ACCESSIBILITY The Backyard and Baroque Booths are suitable for disabled guests. The Gallery has stair access only. BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT Bookings are confirmed upon payment of an initial deposit and return of signed contract. Final payment is required in full 7 days prior to your event.
