3 Welcome to the Redbank Club and Storm Pointe Catering & Conference Center, Joint Base Charleston Weapons Station in Goose Creek, SC. We are dedicated to providing exemplary dining service. We are honored to have this opportunity to serve you and your guests. This package has been prepared to provide you with some of the programs available for any social, business, or professional occasion that you may have in mind. It includes information about food, beverages, fees, contracts, and everything you ll need to help you in planning an affair to remember! All pricing is subject to change without notice. To insure we understand all of your needs, and give you a complete understanding of all the possible options for your event, we schedule initial meetings by appointment only. Please keep in mind that capacities are directly related to whether the menu is a buffet or sit-down type meal. Below is the maximum capacity for each individual room. Smoked Ham $18 per pound (min 12 lbs.) Banquet Beverage Service Open Bar - Each drink is accounted for when served and the sponsor pays the cost based on the cash register tape. Ideal for most hosted parties. Open bars are run two ways: 1. Full Selection - This provides any brand of cocktail normally available. 2. Limited Selection - This provides only Well Brands and limited basic cocktails in that assigned price bracket. Guests requesting Call Brands, Premium Brands, or fancier cocktails can be accommodated by the customers purchasing it themselves. If you don t meet your tab, you will be refunded all except the service charge Cash Bar - Each drink is paid for by the customer at time of purchase. Page 6

9 Tab Bar - The sponsor establishes a dollar limit for an open bar. Once that limit is reached, it reverts to a cash bar. Guest pay individually for drinks ordered. Tab can be increased at sponsor s request. This is to be paid in the contract. All private bars will be charged $100 bar fee per bartender. Beer Bar - 1 keg of beer will be set-up and tapped with glasses/cups provided. There is no refund on unused portions of keg. 12 Terms and Conditions An additional $150 clean-up fee will be charged to the host if rice, confetti, glitter, etc. is thrown or used anywhere inside the Club facilities. These items are strictly prohibited. The Chef cannot guarantee the quality of meals whose service time is delayed by more than fifteen minutes past the contracted time. Guests are not subject to a refund. With the exception of special occasion cakes the Club provides all food and beverages. (BUPERINST , Chap. 1. Sec 3. Para 211-b). Also, government regulations prohibit the removal of any leftover foods or beverages from the Club, without exception. (BUPERINST , Chap 1, Sec A. Para 208-d) The Redbank Club cannot be held responsible for the damage or loss of personal items worn or brought into the Club or left at the Club. All functions have a four (4) hour time limit as set in the contract, (ex. 3 p.m. 7 p.m.). Any function going over this time limit will be charged $200 per hour. If you are late for a function the time still stands as in the contract. All late fees will be paid at the end of the function. All prices in this catering guide are subject to change without notice. Pricing will be honored only with a signed contract. A 20% service charge will be added to all food totals and bar totals for each function. *There is no smoking in our buildings (Redbank & Storm Pointe Conference Center). There will be designated areas outside on our patio. All non-dod civilians who want to rent our facilities will need a military sponsor (retired or active) No admission tickets may be sold at the door for any booked event at the Club. All deposits are non-refundable and are due when signing a contract for your booked date. Page 10

13 Contract Financial Terms Room user fee (deposit) is required to be paid at the time of booking a reservation and signing of the party contract. The user fee (deposit) is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. Refund and Cancellation Policy: Functions canceled business days prior to function forfeit the full room fee. Functions canceled business days prior to function forfeit the full room fee plus 25%. Functions canceled business days prior to function forfeit the full room fee plus 50%. Functions canceled 1-14 business days prior to function forfeit the full room fee plus 75%. Any function canceled within 14 business days of the function will forfeit all monies. Items ordered specifically for the function will be paid for by the sponsor in advance before the purchase of items (i.e. flowers, candles, colored stones, tulle, seafood or cakes ordered that cannot be cancelled or otherwise utilized by the Club) and are NON-REFUNDABLE. FORCE MAJEURE: No damages or refunds shall be due to the customer for a failure of performance occurring due to acts of God (i.e. storm, natural disaster, or power outage), war, terrorist acts, government regulations, or riots, any one of which may make performance impossible. THE REDBANK CLUB IS NOT LIABLE FOR POWER DISRUPTIONS OF ANY KIND. The Redbank and Storm Pointe Conference Center require full payment for the balance of services 14 business days prior to the function with the exception of an Open bar, which requires payment at the conclusion of the function. Failure to commit full payment within 14 business days will result in an additional service fee of $100 added to the unpaid balance. If not paid within 7 business days of the event, follow-up action through appropriate legal channels will commence.
