7 GENERAL INFORMATION GENERAL INFORMATION Terms & Conditions CIVIL CEREMONY Yor Moorland Ceremony incldes the following: Room Hire Flowers Room Hire Golden Candleabra RECEPTION PACKAGES Coples choosing or Wedding Breakfast/ Dressed Bfet Men and Drinks Package receive the following with the compliments of the Hotel: Red Carpet Reception Silver Cake Stand & Knife Toastmaster En-site Changing Room for the Bride & Groom For Poster Room for the Honeymoon Night EVENING CELEBRATION The evening room hire charge is 500 to inclde hire of Gallery 26 or yor chosen room, se of dance loor and bar facilities. We are pleased to waive this charge when an Evening Finger Bfet is ordered for all gests attending the Evening Celebrations. MAKING YOUR BOOKING A 500 non-refndable deposit is reqired to formally conirm a booking. Final nmbers mst be advised 21 days in advance of the Reception and these will form the basis for calclating the Final Invoice, payment of which will be de not less than 14 days in advance of the Reception. Please note that all prices shown in this Wedding Brochre are based on a minimm of 60 gests and inclde 20%. In the event of the cancellation of a conirmed booking the following charges will apply:- Under 4 weeks Under 26 weeks Under 52 weeks Other ACCOMMODATION 100% of total 50% of total 25% of total Loss of Deposit The Hotel only has 31 bedrooms so it is important that gests attending a Reception reserve their accommodation as soon as possible. For none exclsive se there is a limit of 20 Rooms that can be held for any occasion. Tavistock Telephone: EXCLUSIVE USE 1. Provisional Bookings we are happy to hold yor provisional booking for 14 days, after which time shold we have not heard back from yo the date will be atomatically released. 2. A non refndable 2, deposit will be reqired to conirm all provisional bookings nless otherwise agreed. 3. EXCLUSIVE USE WEDDINGS Exclsive Use means that the Hotel (& gronds) will be closed to members of the general pblic from 11am on the day of the Wedding ntil 11.00am the following day. The charge for Exclsive Use of the Hotel is 1,500 inclsive of VAT and paid at the time of booking. Exclsive Use Bedrooms The hotel has 31 bedrooms inclding the Honeymoon Site, 7 frther Premier rooms, 6 Historic rooms, and 17 Standard Doble/Twin/Single. Where Exclsive Use has been arranged we ofer 5 bedrooms at a 10% discont for relatives and friends of the bride and groom. If any rooms are to be charged to the Main accont we will reqire a list of names no later than 6 weeks prior to the date of yor wedding. Yor gests are to telephone the hotel reservations department qoting yor details and make their own individal reservations at which time we will take card details to garantee their reservations to secre the room. If yor gests are non-arrivals they will be charged in accordance with or general terms & conditions. Otherwise, any bedrooms that remain empty will be charged to the main invoice. Payment All Weddings are accepted on the basis that fll pre-payment will be made on a pro forma invoice 21 days prior to the date of yor wedding.
